Really low standard for the quality of the food and also the environment. Fried were soggy and the burger wasn't even finely stacked. It is a totally mess. After school hours don't even think about going there. It is a disaster. There are always kids running around and middle schooler talking...

I was eating my meal inside. And there were still 10 minutes left to close it and I ordered only chicken to eat inside so maybe it will gonna take 7-8 minutes to eat but they said I can't eat inside so I just canceled the order. Maybe that's the first and last time...

中午去用餐，當餐點準備好在櫃檯，店員小姐準備要遞給我時，可能是因為她沒控制好放下餐盤的力道，導致上面的中杯可樂失去平衡，就往我(顧客)這一側倒下，飲料灑落一地，到處噴濺。 我當時雖然是站在旁邊一點的位置，但也被波及到了，黑色外套左半部上可樂的水滴散落各處。但是，當下，沒有任何店員反應關心顧客(我)有沒有被影響到，只聽到有人在喊是甚麼飲料打翻，後來才有人遞一疊餐巾紙給我，就這樣"一疊餐巾紙"... 後來有馬上補給我飲料，我也就回去內用座位用餐了。當下事情到這裡就結束了，但覺得貴店的危機處理能力真的有夠差，而且完全不夠在乎客人。"一疊餐巾紙"就想息事寧人，要是今天我穿得不是黑色外套，而是裡面那件白色長袖被弄髒，你們要怎麼負責？要是今天我沒有下午的考試，可以放心地使自己的心情受到影響，所以花時間不怕麻煩地去爭取我應有的權益，你們要如何處理？ 不是如果都沒開口，就可以直接忽視掉客人的權益欸，你們當真的以為顧客都傻子嗎？工作緊湊難免出錯，這個部分我可以諒解，但事後對客人(我)的處理方法真的是敷衍到了極致。

Excellent fries I had ever tasted before! I didn’t ask to reduce the salt but it comes out nice taste of potato fries! Amazing!
