ATTENTION Food poisoning!
We dined at one of your restaurants on the Saturday for Lunch @ 11:30am for a booking of 7 people on 31st of December 2022,
Yes we did contact the venue directly, but for a High level standard company that is well known for your level of service and Hospitality their response was absolutely appalling to say the least. The Venue responded with: Go see the doctor and let us know the results!! What type of professional response is that??
Until today the 3rd of January My Wife, Daughter, Sister in-law and my self is still suffering from Intensive Food Poisoning! The 4 of us have been to the Dr, I have almost ended up in Hospital.
I am here on a 2 week holiday from Australia not only has this venue ruined our NYE as well as cut our time short!!!
Choosing your Venue to have lunch for our NYE lunch was the Worst Decision we made! I can be assured we were not the only table that was affected on the same day.
I would expect a phone call for an explanation and I really hope our situation comes to your attention for your health department and some investigation goes ahead, I will be looking at taking this further if we don’t hear back from you,

餐點: 每一項餐點,都有接近中上的評價,餐點的口味、食材的選用,都算是能吃得出來,也能對應的上價格,會給到4分以上的評價。
服務: 基本上,有需要就是一個招手,服務人員會盡快滿足您的要求,即使是現做現包,會清楚告知需要等候, 醬料提供跟桌面收拾等基本服務,提供非常到位,這個服務有4.5分以上,小缺點:用餐到一半,電燈閃了幾下,不過,應該是有盡快排除,後半段就恢復正常了。
氣氛: 約莫18:20,店家就高朋滿座,好不熱鬧,不過,不影響自己跟友人的聊天,店內空間也算是寬敞,吃吃喝喝,吃飯配話,好有港式飲茶的一番風味,很喜歡這樣的氛圍,讚。
餐點: 上海鮮蝦豬肉湯包(5顆): 鮮蝦肉質Q彈、豬肉軟嫩汁鮮,整個比例調整的不錯,比較可惜一點點的是調料的醬汁,比較清淡單薄一些,前輩好友是另外要了辣味的豆瓣醬,但我個人是只有沾所附的醬油,如果比較重口味的朋友,建議可以問問服務人員有什麼調味料可以選擇。
魚卵蒸燒賣(4顆): 燒賣表現約莫4分,整體好吃,每一顆大小剛好,前輩朋友很喜歡,又再加點,個人覺得味道好吃,不過,比起加點,下次會點其他品項來品嚐,豐富自己品嚐美食的多元性質。
鼓汁蒸排骨: 肉嫩味鮮,不過,一樣味道有點清淡,沒有吃出鹹香的鼓汁味,不過,給的份量不少,結合菜色料理的好,一口接一口,推。
鮮蝦腐皮捲: 個人覺得這個腐皮捲,外皮炸的太酥脆帶點乾,跟個人想像中的腐皮捲不同,中央的鮮蝦餡料也還可以,因為前輩朋友點的,有吃過即可,會較為推薦品嚐其他品項。
香蔥臘味炒飯: 廣東燒臘的臘肉末,搭配蔥香,整體名符其實的臘味炒飯,粒粒分明,個人算是滿喜歡的一道,加上份量,兩個人吃,完全可以是基本鋪墊與美味兼備的一道餐點,如果想吃巧,建議點其他餐點,如果要有點吃飽,炒飯來一份,可以的。 缺點:若單純細品炒飯,其實有點點點油,如果搭配其他菜色,比較能夠解膩一些。
松露蝦皇餃: 外觀上,因為皮薄,可以明顯地看出鮮蝦與松露的內餡搭配,吃起來,鮮蝦口感十足,有點算是搶戲,不像是鮮蝦豬肉湯包那樣,兩種食材的鮮,搭配的很好,味道不錯,不過,個人仍是建議如果有點鮮蝦豬肉湯包,可以多嘗試其他菜色。
韭黃鮮蝦腸粉: 腸粉不會太厚,嫩軟Q彈,腸粉的料汁傳統就是偏清淡的,韭黃是一根搭配鮮蝦,裹覆在腸粉當中,會給到三段,切成六塊,好吃,喜歡腸粉的,可以點,不過,要評估是否喜歡韭黃,因為是一根,所以吃到的時候,滿明顯的口感喔。
木桶豆花: 帶一點豆香味的傳統木桶豆花,給的挖勺,也是很傳統,讓客人旋轉一片一片的挖,可以加一點薑汁紅糖水,說有薑汁,是個人有嚐到一點點薑汁味,非常令人回味的一道豆花美食,喜歡吃豆花或者可以點給長輩品嚐看看,讚。
回購率: 如果是以家人聚餐、招待友、客人或慶祝,應該會有84-86的分數會再次到訪,好吃值得小推薦的餐廳,服務、空間與分氛圍都相當到位,餐點也毫不遜色。
店家位於左營的漢來大飯店9樓,可以搭捷運到巨蛋站,飯店跟百貨有提供停車,算是相當方便,即使如我不常去飯店,也可以到漢神巨蛋,走到兩者之間連通道的地方搭乘電梯,或者從百貨內部上去,路線指示都很明確,讚一個。
