Nice inexpensive Japanese bbq. A decent set meal with short ribs which were tasty. I thought the Angus beef was ok but more expensive and short rib was better.

Meat comes seared and you finish on BBQ. Cabbage and sesame is as you’d expect, pickles are decent as is egg roll and tofu. Kimchi is good with a decent heat. Curry sauce was indifferent.

Went for the beef. Got the “torched” beef which is partly cooked then you grill the rest yourself. Sorry, not impressed. A bit tough. Price was ok considering it’s beef. The fried fish was better. Got the set dinner extra for $138/per. Rice was good, veggies ok. Tea was unique. Portion sizes were good. Service was ok. No other customers. They turned down the music since it was a little...

I would give 6 stars if I could! Not only was the food excellent (love that a5 wagyu) but the service was some of the best I've ever experienced. Even with my limited Chinese the entire staff tried their best to communicate with me. Good times...
