My experience: Went here last night with a few friends for a going away party. The owner, and most of the bartenders were pretty nice. As far as drinks go, we asked the bartender to surprise us. What he brought back were cocktails from Heaven. Way to go Neo.

As the evening progressed, we got a little loud and started singing bar songs (some from Mulan as well) haha. The owner was very nice when he told us that we were too loud. The environment there is pretty chill, so it was time to leave and go somewhere else a bit more stimulating.

When I paid the tab, my face was a bit irritated from being told we were too loud. The bartenders were very nice to ask if anything was wrong and make sure we were ok. It was all very polite and professional on their part.
