I have visited this bar over a dozen times, and I enjoyed every visit.
The bar has an extensive menu for both western and Taiwanese food and occasional seasonal special, which you must try. The ingredients are fresh, and you can feel the creativity and thoughts they put into each dish.
But the most crucial part is the cocktails, which I believe is the best selection in Kaohsiung. From a classic mojito to a bartender's special, which uses fresh fruit and tastes like heaven, every item is well-done.

Peggy is nothing short of an artist when it comes to making drinks, but hoestly, that is just icing on the cake. The selection is of proper booze is beyond reproach, the atmosphere is upscale but not douche-y, and the food is awesome and CUSTOMIZABLE (which if you have ever ordered food in Taiwan is a mother$*^%#ing luxury).
