Had end of year banquet of 20 tables. Very very rude and inconsiderate service. The Lin castle at Kaohsiung is at a very convenient location but this is my third time there. The service and food and especially the upper management ppl are very rude and arrogant. I see they are always full hence they don't value their customers. I suggest if U have a choice. Choose another place for banquets. Let the Lin castle of Kaoshiung lose business so they may hopefully readjust and improve for better. Otherewise this poor place will always be bad and will be worse and they won't change cuz of good profit from cutting the...

Very expensive and boujee place but the selection of food is really good. It's especially good if you love seafood. It's definitely a place you can consider taking a loved on to!

I went in the afternoon, for their buffet. The also offer other tjings. There's a nice atmosphere to the restaurant, if you don't get in earlier enough, you'll be placed in a backroom which doesn't offer quite the same ambience. The aircon is nice and the washroom...

轉型後再訪 23年4月20日 林皇宮自助餐轉型至「櫥窗點心」吃到飽,有吸引嗎? 座位由800減少到200,去掉成本重的食材(刺身、蠔、紅白酒、各類海鮮(...)(...),保留印度食物、pizza、甜點etc 1. 蛤蜊燒賣 偏鹹,沒有肉汁,部份肉咬不開,肥豬肉粒超大顆,有部位仍偏冰凍,即是翻蒸 2. 油雞 超贊,皮肉間有jelly ,肉不柴,蔥油不太鹹 3. 豬手 沒有溫度,但肉質軟滑適中,稍甜,若温度到燙口,能吃5、6件 4. 鳳瓜 沒有香港味道,只是一團粉包着雞腳 5. 排骨 用梳打粉不當,肉有點霉,沒有香港的豆豉辣椒味,也缺少「肉鮮」 6. 春卷、腐皮卷 同樣餡料,只是面一層有脆度,下面全是靱度十足,沒法輕易咬開,餡沒有肉汁 7. 乾炒牛河 牛肉很霉,沒有醬香,河粉其實是粗板條,炒後破碎,質感偏堅硬,沒有芽菜和韭黃,整體沒有醬香,但偏甜 8. 甜菠菜 跟一般食店一樣水準,老和柴,縱使仍是綠色 9. 港式西檸雞、叉燒,印度咖喱雞,像煲完老火湯的瘦肉 10. 印度炒飯(假扮biryani)、松露燉飯,雖然不用印度米,但味道不錯 11. 洋蔥圈、麥樂雞,翻炸了n次,不堪一口 12. 魚皮 味道來自薑絲,爽脆度也像香港的,不錯 13. 臘腸煲仔飯 飯在鍋預先蒸好,再放蒸熟全是肥肉的臘腸片,端出來,再加熱,飯和臘腸沒有交流過,飯也沒有受火的煎炊生化學反應,飯也偏濕不乾爽,加入「醬油」(可能是味精色水),完全沒有反應 14. 炸肉排 是預先煮熟的肉排,再油炸,所以肉汁欠奉,跟排骨一樣,梳打粉用得不好,令人吃到霉的質感,味道偏甜 15. 整晚最好的是 Asahi 生啤 --------- 沒有訂位,被告之大廳已沒有位子,等了一會,安排坐在一間像房的房,用到頂木條分隔,無法隔音,隔壁的男女高談闊論,旁若無人。 看餐牌,點心種類較少,定價比悅品、翠園和添好運感覺稍低。桌上有調味醬,相信是酒樓自製,豆豉香加微辣辣椒。 1. 蜂巢芋頭餃(即是芋角) 端上來時,像幾十年前的香港「茶居」,已剪開,看到周邊是芋泥,餡料微濕潤,清楚看到各種材料,咬下去,是粉碎的鳥窩、柔軟的芋泥,味道濃郁的餡,是吃過最好的,也極像以前香港的味道 2. 韭黃炸春捲 一看外形,對了對了,光滑泛油光的皮,深度油炸的顏色,扳開看餡,仍很濕潤不乾,韭黃、蝦米、豬肉…都在。咬一下,皮立即像玻璃粉碎,一點不硬,伴着滾燙的餡,刺激每個味蕾 3. 皇宮蝦餃皇 不透明的,看不清內容,摺痕也不明顯,咬一口,噢,皮很厚很厚,跟其他食店一樣,無法做到薄仍靭的境界,餡也一樣沒有筍,一樣乾,好吃的蝦餃難遇上 4. 皇宮魚翅餃 「魚翅」的形狀整齊,像排翅,微泛油光,扳開2半,一看又是一個「對」的點心!! 香港稱這為「香荽」魚翅餃,因餡充滿芫荽(香菜)香。看到芫荽嗎?其他的都是輕於鴻毛,不痛不癢,極之罕見。 5. 蝦卵鮮燒賣 該是飛魚籽吧!先扳開,有點難度,肉餡凝聚力很強,咬下去,爽彈肉鮮有汁,沒有加重薑味 要不是那「偽房間」和蝦餃,可完全取得5分。 #食物沒有好吃不好吃 #只有合或不合味道

之前一個月左右會來吃一次森林百匯,疫情過後,生意有慢慢變好,可是,突然就看到公告說要改櫥窗港點。 對於櫥窗,雖然沒有吃過,但我看過很多部落客介紹北部的分店,感覺不錯,有點期待。趁開業有八折就來試看看。來吃之前看過很多評論,知道要避開假日,用餐體驗會比較好。 吃過之後,比較能夠了解,為什麼,連平日用餐,評價都不理想。 1.蒸籠點心是有誠意的,裡面包的肉餡不是絞肉,是切塊的肉餡,這是製作港式燒賣最基本的,吃的到肉感,非常好。 可惜的是,所有的蒸點,大約十種左右,全部都是相同的肉餡及調味,吃一籠覺得好吃,吃到第三籠就膩了。別懷疑,不管是,蟹子燒賣、甜蝦餃、鵪鶉蛋燒賣、魚翅餃......都是一樣的味道。唯一不同的是蛤蜊燒賣。 正常的港點,只要外型不同,內餡調味都是不一樣的,一口吃出差別,這邊是都一樣。 2.港式燒味。有叉燒、油雞、燒鴨、海蜇皮、大香腸、滷豬腳。沒有臘腸、肝腸、燒肉。鹽焗雞很可惜。這些成本也不高阿!! 基本上這些味道都在及格線上,燒鴨其實不錯,切盤有點可惜,之前直接片皮鴨,很好吃。 3.炸物及蒸菜:腐皮捲,皮是對的,內餡是不行的。其他炸物就是凍品油炸。蒸鳳爪調味還算可以,蒸排骨粉超厚。蒸鴨血,沙茶味大於麻辣。 4.湯水:酸菜鱸魚,味道還可以。黑蒜頭雞湯,很不錯。蒸蛋,正常口味。土瓶蒸:0分,只有柴魚味,以前的有魚肉,比較鮮。 5.中廚:京都排骨還不錯,一股濃濃的鎮江烏醋味。其他都很一般。喜歡吃牛肉的,可以在炒牛河尋寶到幾片全店唯一的牛肉,肉味應該是牛肉吧! 6.日式、印度、鐵板、日式炸物:涼拌芋頭還不錯,有桂花的香味,是甜的。 之前的印度還不錯,這次雞肉根本沒有入味,只有很柴。 7.水果甜點:跟林皇宮時期一樣爛。啤酒沒有消失,金蘋果真的好喝。摩摩喳喳正常,揚枝甘露不正宗,但是不難喝。 總結:是讓你吃到飽的店。 各種食物,食材都是讓你吃飽為主。點心、壽司、起酥濃湯,披薩、皮很厚的炸物、很油的菜,幾乎有8成以上的食物,都能讓你快速吃飽。 以目前八折,平日只要約600。 跟同款的好正點比,是贏的。 與相同價位吃到飽(燒烤、火鍋...)相比,都差不多,食材價格就在那裡。就看你,想吃哪種風味。 再訪機率:很低。太容易吃膩。有很多不同風味(泰式、印度、日式),卻沒有發揮好,有點可惜。並不是要高貴食材,而是之前一些尋常料理,風味其實不錯。例如泰式椒麻雞,以前印度咖哩比較入味....之類的。 用餐建議:一進去,看到喜歡的食物,一定要多拿一點,尤其是蒸籠點心。我進去的時候,拿到的蝦蒸餃,只有進去那一次有,後來就沒有了。腸粉只看到別人拿到,我看到去拿就沒有了!雖然沒吃完很浪費,可是,餐廳的供餐方式,真的是很怕客人吃。

之前一個月左右會來吃一次森林百匯,疫情過後,生意有慢慢變好,可是,突然就看到公告說要改櫥窗港點。 對於櫥窗,雖然沒有吃過,但我看過很多部落客介紹北部的分店,感覺不錯,有點期待。趁開業有八折就來試看看。來吃之前看過很多評論,知道要避開假日,用餐體驗會比較好。 吃過之後,比較能夠了解,為什麼,連平日用餐,評價都不理想。 1.蒸籠點心是有誠意的,裡面包的肉餡不是絞肉,是切塊的肉餡,這是製作港式燒賣最基本的,吃的到肉感,非常好。 可惜的是,所有的蒸點,大約十種左右,全部都是相同的肉餡及調味,吃一籠覺得好吃,吃到第三籠就膩了。別懷疑,不管是,蟹子燒賣、甜蝦餃、鵪鶉蛋燒賣、魚翅餃......都是一樣的味道。唯一不同的是蛤蜊燒賣。 正常的港點,只要外型不同,內餡調味都是不一樣的,一口吃出差別,這邊是都一樣。 2.港式燒味。有叉燒、油雞、燒鴨、海蜇皮、大香腸、滷豬腳。沒有臘腸、肝腸、燒肉。鹽焗雞很可惜。這些成本也不高阿!! 基本上這些味道都在及格線上,燒鴨其實不錯,切盤有點可惜,之前直接片皮鴨,很好吃。 3.炸物及蒸菜:腐皮捲,皮是對的,內餡是不行的。其他炸物就是凍品油炸。蒸鳳爪調味還算可以,蒸排骨粉超厚。蒸鴨血,沙茶味大於麻辣。 4.湯水:酸菜鱸魚,味道還可以。黑蒜頭雞湯,很不錯。蒸蛋,正常口味。土瓶蒸:0分,只有柴魚味,以前的有魚肉,比較鮮。 5.中廚:京都排骨還不錯,一股濃濃的鎮江烏醋味。其他都很一般。喜歡吃牛肉的,可以在炒牛河尋寶到幾片全店唯一的牛肉,肉味應該是牛肉吧! 6.日式、印度、鐵板、日式炸物:涼拌芋頭還不錯,有桂花的香味,是甜的。 之前的印度還不錯,這次雞肉根本沒有入味,只有很柴。 7.水果甜點:跟林皇宮時期一樣爛。啤酒沒有消失,金蘋果真的好喝。摩摩喳喳正常,揚枝甘露不正宗,但是不難喝。 總結:是讓你吃到飽的店。 各種食物,食材都是讓你吃飽為主。點心、壽司、起酥濃湯,披薩、皮很厚的炸物、很油的菜,幾乎有8成以上的食物,都能讓你快速吃飽。 以目前八折,平日只要約600。 跟同款的好正點比,是贏的。 與相同價位吃到飽(燒烤、火鍋...)相比,都差不多,食材價格就在那裡。就看你,想吃哪種風味。 再訪機率:很低。太容易吃膩。有很多不同風味(泰式、印度、日式),卻沒有發揮好,有點可惜。並不是要高貴食材,而是之前一些尋常料理,風味其實不錯。例如泰式椒麻雞,以前印度咖哩比較入味....之類的。 用餐建議:一進去,看到喜歡的食物,一定要多拿一點,尤其是蒸籠點心。我進去的時候,拿到的蝦蒸餃,只有進去那一次有,後來就沒有了。腸粉只看到別人拿到,我看到去拿就沒有了!雖然沒吃完很浪費,可是,餐廳的供餐方式,真的是很怕客人吃。
