If you want some really delicious comfort food this is your place. Chickens full of flavor from slow roasting ALL DAY and the most amazing sides, you can't go wrong. I cannot speak too highly of the Gratin Daphnois They also have fresh home made desserts and great set menu combos. The staff are super friendly, lots of seating upstairs in a chill and relaxed environment and great music. Plenty of room for parties large and small, we have gone here with 40 people before without issue.

Because they cook all day you should try to place your reservation in advance but for 1 or 2 people you can still sometimes walk in and be served. Even if it's same day I recommend asking them to hold a chicken for you, I usually message around 2 or 3 and arrive at 7 or 8.

From the very first bite, it’s clear this is no ordinary roast chicken. The skin is perfectly golden, crisped just so, with an aroma that hints at fresh herbs and slow, careful cooking.

The slow rotation of the rotisserie renders the fat gently, basting the chicken in its own juices and remaining pan juices collected at the bottom like liquid gold drizzling over potatoes, bread, and ratatouille.

The service was good, but the loud techno/ dance music didn’t match the southern France comfort food theme. The decor could feature heavy wood accents like a French farmhouse, especially since chicken is served.

Oh my freaking gawd! This chicken meal was incredible! The rotisserie out front was begging me to break out a reserve baguette and start dipping it in the roasted potatoes being dripped with chicken juices! Clearly the place was very busy, and we got lucky they had enough for our takeout order. I saw some negative reviews based mostly on slow service or being hard to reach, but everyone today was very friendly and multilingual - French, English, and Chinese. They recommend reserving your order in advance.
