及時樂漢堡 Sizzlove Burger — Restaurant in Kaohsiung

I am a burger lover so I'm going to be a little particular about this restaurant. I eat burgers in every country I go to. First, the positive is that it prides itself on freshness and size. That is something they definitely deliver. Their burgers are American sized for sure. They are big compared to Taiwanese sized burgers. Second, the atmosphere is welcoming and clean. The ordering machines are easy to use. However, the service is not fast food as everything is made fresh. However, what I look for in any restaurant is taste and unfortunately my complaint is that the food is actually not very tasty. Sure, the beef burger is very huge but all I taste is unseasoned beef patties and my son's chicken burger was a little bland and dry. Also, they didn't have fish burgers which he was looking for. Then, when I asked for black pepper, the lady at the counter responded "our chicken burgers are already salty enough 我們的雞肉漢堡已經夠鹹". I didn't even mention anything about the burger, I just asked for pepper. Strange. When I go to McDonald's and when I say that there isn't enough ketchup on a burger, they actually replace it for me. Anyways, That wasn't what I was wanting, just a packet of spice. But, all in all, it was good. The fries were crispy (although I had to go to my scooter to get my salt shaker). I do recommend this restaurant. I will return and hopefully to a tastier burger. ...

Ordered via the kiosk, however, I was not able to modify my burger to remove the cheese through the portal. I had to go to the counter after placing my order to remove the cheese. It’s kind of pointless to make people order through the kiosk and having to go to the counter afterwards for special orders.

When I got my order my fries were cold which I couldn’t understand. I went during lunch time. The place was busy. My burger was warm. Most of my fries were crispy but yet they were cold and got the typical Taiwanese one packet of ketchup. I have to say I was very disappointed because I’ve been looking forward to my...

整體評分為4.5-4.7分，餐點的分數約莫是在4.0-4.2分，服務態度不錯，但因為餐點現點現做，仍是等候了一下，店員會來推薦活動，有加分，氣氛：店內1、2F有不少的沙發座位區，給人感覺很舒適，即便是一半的座椅，也不會太難坐。

服務：店員的態度很好，在等待的過程中，會來推銷活動，主動表明雪泥不錯喝，問是否要參加打卡活動，加上兩位女性店員嬌小漂亮帶一點可愛，如果有客人不使用自動點餐機的，也會在櫃台主動協助，加上0.2分，另外一個男性店員取餐的叫號清楚，態度積極陽光帥氣，也加0.1分。

氣氛：店內門口就會自動開門，歡迎以及給客人離開，滿有趣的：），店內採1、2F，內部大多是有沙發空間，感覺滿悠閒愜意，給個推薦，二樓天花板算是類似工業風？比較簡單一點，但因為刷白，所以跟整體空間都算是乾淨的。 進門口左側跟右邊自助點餐機的末端，都有提供中英文菜單，附上圖片參考！，而且店內還有UberEats取餐區，非常不錯，值得加分0.2！ 可惜的是，一樓往二樓的樓梯，剛上去只有左側有扶手，右側是空的，如果有家長帶小朋友來，務必要注意安全！ 這點小扣0.1分，純屬個人感受~。

餐點：南洋是拉差烤雞堡、鮮蔬沙拉-芝麻和風醬、飛想檸檬茶、半筋半肉牛肉堡、 青森蘋果雪泥(打卡贈送)。

鮮蔬沙拉，表現就是一般的沙拉，芝麻和風醬有點酸口，就滿一般的附餐，沒有太多記憶點。

青森蘋果雪泥，美女店員推薦的，剛開始喝真的滿好喝的，就是冰沙口感，但是喝到第三口，就覺得雖說酸甜，但是喝多了，那個甜，會有點點膩感，個人覺得有活動，打卡嘗鮮亦無不可，點一般的碳酸或檸檬茶飲料，更為搭配漢堡。

南洋是拉差烤雞堡，外觀賣相可以再加強，口味非常好吃，烤雞肉很大塊，微微地辣，是一種會涮嘴的辣，淡淡地影響著味蕾，一口接一口，雞肉嫩、辣、爽口，漢堡麵包軟嫩(所以賣相有點塌)，真心推薦這個可以點，個人非常喜歡，如果不想點炸的，非常推薦點這個，辣度以我這不太吃辣的，大概是微辣篇一點點小，搭配冷飲，非常滿足的一個漢堡。

半筋半肉牛肉堡，賣相還不錯，吃起來，剛吃兩三口，非常多汁的牛肉，可以說比起日式漢堡的牛肉堡，還要好吃，不過，吃久了個人口感覺得牛肉漢堡肉的部分，不知道是否半筋半肉的因素，有一種肉鬆散的感覺，而不是緊實多汁的漢堡肉排，加上吃起來有一種洋蔥粒在中間的干擾感？ 有點可惜了這個半筋半肉漢堡，可以算是好吃，對個人是在嘗鮮可以的程度，下次會想要點別的產品作嘗試。

店家位於中正路跟仁愛一街交叉口，附近是信義國小捷運站3號出口，走過來算是方便，推薦搭乘捷運，或者腳踏車跟機車，因為機車就有點不好停車，所以汽機車要來，可能車位問題要注意一下。

店內的自助點餐機，很方便，都滿清楚的，但是會稍微慢個0.2秒，不過都有中英文介面，但有點有趣的是要菜單的分類在點餐機的上面，確定在下面，就有點要上上下下的點餐，不過有支援 LINE...
