Rundown, dirty old place with an owner who’s trying to nickel and dime everything. Messed up basic pan fried egg and didn’t even bother to ask if it was acceptable or ok, just threw everything into the box.

Might have once been a decent place, but it’s obvious that times have not been kind...

I searched "best egg cake in Kaohsiung" (高雄最好吃蛋餅) and this place showed up.

It was kind of far away from the hostel I was staying at so I bought an egg cake nearby first, and that was better than Ms. Wang's.

Small place that offers traditional Chinese breakfast. Fast and friendly service. They do have an English translated menu for people who are afraid of communication problems. You cant go wrong with the price. My breakfast was...

蛋餅是那種古早味蛋餅 味道還不錯 可惜有點太油 肉鬆吐司肉鬆給的很多👍🏻 還有一隻可愛的狗狗看了心情很好

懶人包：只收現金；蛋餅一份35元；可以再客製化；有店狗叫毛豆，很乖不會咬人而且很會撒嬌；餅皮很綿密；就論蛋餅本身很好吃但沒有清醬油支援少了一味挺可惜。 完整版：蛋餅地圖Day 8。 早上要吃蛋餅，找了第一家，沒開！第二家，沒開！第三家，沒找著。 最後找到了這家，距離上次在附近吃蛋餅也前幾天的事了。 是位於巷弄間的一個蛋餅，我本來以為又要被騙了，結果最後不死心的在往巷子裡騎總算找到了。 人啊，只要不放棄希望，一定都有機會的，愛笑的肥宅運氣總4不會太差Der。 雖然早上我跑了三間都錯過惹 … 回到主題。 門口其實有些人潮，排隊點餐的動線其實滿不好的。 有些人劃單有些人用喊的，全憑店員的記憶力。 我是滿有耐心等的，如果哪天有被插隊的話，可能免不了唸二句吧。 老老闆負責煎，用二個鍋子火力全開的煎。 老闆負責出餐及其它的備料，另外一位阿公負責在旁邊攪麵糊。 等待的過程可以擼一下店狗毛豆，很親人，又很會撒嬌。 在等待跟擼狗的過程，仔細研究了下菜單，才發現可以有客製化的選項，不過都點了，我就算了。 蛋餅上桌了，35元一份，份量算滿大的。 放入口中之後，餅皮的口感是屬於較為綿密偏稠的口感，整體來說就Hen像小時候在吃的蛋餅口感。 由於沒有找不到清醬油，只好用醬油膏。 整體口味上來說是不錯，但就沒有清醬油，我覺得挺可惜的。 也有自製的辣椒，辣度上不錯。 由於只有二個鍋子，阿嬤火力全開產量也是有限，勢必得要等一下，要有點耐心。 不過等待4值得Der，蛋餅是真的好吃，幫同事也買一份說好吃。 如果還有想知道什麼好吃的美食，歡迎點擊我的主頁，追蹤按讚並開啟小鈴噹，那我們下一篇評論見。
