Read reviews before gave it a try. Disappointed, ordered the fried shredded beef noodle (salty, oily and hard noodle - too thick) and dry pickled vege pork noodle. In our opinion, both were bland tastes, although the photos may look good. Maybe local likes it that way. Oh ya, it doesn't have the beef noodle/stock aroma when walked into the shop too.

於是我也點刀削炒麵，看到我整個傻了 也太大盤了。 服務人員還說這是小的，我想可能是視覺效果 我可能也可以吃完，結果吃不完…太多了

牛肉就跟外面炒牛肉一樣，好吃不會有腥味 最主要他肉給的很多，吃了有10片以上

醬：有吃到沙茶味跟麻醬味 不知道是他們特色？還是上一個客人的麻醬味？但很好吃👍沙茶中帶有一點麻醬味

而且還付一碗清湯，好吃👍有高湯的感覺 但喝到底下鹽沒散底下偏鹹，但還是很好喝

他們的辣醬也很讚，應該是自己炒的有加豆鼓 又香又辣，愛吃辣的人一定必加+
