2022/07/17 官網說超過台幣600可外送。 打電話去後,說週末不外送。 好吧, 還是點了。 散步到店裡,準時到場去拿,要用信用卡付款時,櫃檯說抱歉週末不收信用卡,只收現金或LINE PAY。超傻眼。 為何電話上不說清楚?
又再走回家拿手機付LINE PAY(這次再順道帶了現金以防萬一)。 回到店內, 錢先把我們收了後,才又被告知說,還有一道菜沒做好,需再等10分鐘。 叫我們坐著等一等。 店員送上兩罐免費可樂當抱歉禮,但我們沒有碰。 因為浪費的時間, 兩罐可樂怎麼抵?
而即使最後拿到餐點了,還是發現少放了我們點的沙拉,依然得再走回店裡第三次。
建議1: 電話上請提早告知客人,週末不收信用卡,只收現金和LINE PAY。 不要等客人到店裡了,才說不收信用卡,要客人再跑一趟。 真的很無言。
建議2: 客人都走到店裡了, 為何頭腦那麼沒有變巧? 死板板的卡在週末不收信用卡的硬性規定。 要客人再回家拿現金或手機來付錢? 難道體諒客人,開一下刷卡機連線付款,讓客人不用再跑一趟, 大家皆大歡喜那麼難?
建議3: 菜單來不及做,應該是要先問客人說,抱歉那您還要等嗎? 我們可以退沒做的款項給您。 應該給客人選擇要或不要等,才決定收款。 不是先把錢拿到手了,才說抱歉,你的餐點還要再等10分鐘。 這感覺就像被當猴子耍一樣。 那我剛剛白走那趟回去拿手機和錢包,您都在幹嘛呢?
建議4: 如果要給客人餐點了, 好好再檢查一次是不是單條上,所有的餐點都到齊了,才給客人。
我為店家高興經濟蕭條時期, 週末生意還這麼好。 但是經營之道,真的需要再貼心與細心一點。
如果事先的訓練,就注意到貼心與細心, 也不用再送兩罐可樂來試圖挽回人心,客人仍會皆大歡喜的繼續再回顧。
The official website says if exceeding NT600, they will deliver. Called, said no delivery for weekend. Fine, still ordered via phone for picking up personally. Arrived the store on time for pick up. When paying, cashier said no credit card but cash or LINE PAY only during weekend. We were shocked because we were not told so over the phone. Speechless. Walked back home, grabbed the cell phone (for LINE PAY) and cash (just in case LINE PAY doesn’t work). Back to the store cashier again, now AFTER they took my money, then they told me order wasn’t ready. Had to wait for another 10 minutes.
They did try to make up the wrongs by giving 2 free coke cans. We didn’t take them. Just leave them be, because the time wasted, that 2 cans of coke couldn’t atone for.
Questions Why not tell customers at the beginning that they don’t accept credit card for weekend pick up order when on the phone?
Customers walked all the way from home to pick up at the store. we had credit card in hands. Why can’t they just be flexible, and consider the inconvenience of walking back to get cell phone or cash, and just allow customers to pay in credit card?
We walked all the way back home, that was already another 10 minutes. We finally paid, yet then told food is not ready. so had to wait for another 10 minutes. Here, they could have told customers one of the items is not ready. Do we still want it, before charging us.
I understand weekend business is good and busy, glad they are making money during this economic down time.
Yet, why it is so hard for consideration customer service?
And did I mention that after all these hassles, they still even forgot our Greek salad. Had to go back the store and picked it up for...
