不過,首先, 那也不妨礙我到處吃~找尋兒時的餛飩回憶😹
再者, 在我屢屢被「汾X」還有「xxx嬤」傷透了心💔之後 我反而覺得這次來蓮潭很愉快 ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯ 🅿️店家就在蓮池潭周邊、舊城門對面, 周邊有停車場,停車不會太難
📍店內的用餐環境很乾淨、明亮寬敞,空調舒服~
冷氣很涼這件事在熱情的南台灣來說,真的很重要餒😤
📍店家大姐們都相當親切,入門就感受到熱情的招呼👋店裡不忙的時候,還可以直接在櫃檯口頭點餐
📍觀察了一下,備餐煮食的工作區域 看起來也都清潔得很到位,乾乾淨淨的!

🥣跟記憶中的左營餛飩一樣呀~ 就是那個QQ彈彈的爽口餛飩皮讓我魂牽夢縈☺️
因為從小就吃習慣了的味道,以至於我長大之後, 就是接受不了溫州餛飩那種軟呼呼的口感😅
餛飩的個頭其實不小,小碗裡面大概七顆 (希望我沒數錯😆哈哈哈) 內餡紮實不油膩,瘦肉比例比較高,非常爽口!
清口味的湯頭~微微量的榨菜,增加了脆脆的口感 幾片葉菜🥬些許芹菜珠🍃
跟我一樣喜歡胡椒的話,撒吧! 加胡椒提味超讚👍

🍡湯圓也是我在這三家餛飩裡,覺得最合口味的
第一,它有豐富的湯汁、咬下去不會空洞或乾乾的 第二,外皮也口感軟糯厚實、像麻糬一樣好吃
湯圓跟餛飩的內餡調味一樣,都不會很濃,所以~ 🌶️辣椒醬建議加一下👍
辣醬醬是我這種微辣程度的弱雞都敢吃的辣度 也具備調整味道的鹹度~ ⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯⋯
小菜跟其他泡麵什麼的,這次沒有肚子吃了; 而且,因為以前的餛飩店也沒有那些花樣, 就是餛飩、湯圓、蛋。 所以我總是習慣喝碗餛飩就心滿意足😌

這次吃到的餛飩, 不知道為什麼有兩顆的肉一開始就跑出來了(?! 加了泡麵有點搶去原本湯頭裡淡淡的榨菜味 反正整晚都是泡麵味,於是我就乾脆加了很多胡椒😂
