As someone who has lived in Latin América for more than 30 years I can tell you that this is the most authentic food you can get in Kaohsiung.
The lady is from Bolivia while the husband is Taiwanese. If you're still not convinced just take a look at all the latin American people whom have left their mark in the ceiling of this restaurant.
While the pictures you see such as the tacos doesn't look like much I can assure you the taste is authentic. After all, you came for the taste of the meat no? The tacos have a very good filling of minced meat and the taste is authentic.
The quesadilla is what it is supposed to be as well as the consistency of its tortilla.
The sauce just by its smell is exactly what it smells like in latin américa.
