I ordered the softshell crab sushi roll, broiled salmon belly nigiri, raw salmon donburi, and assorted sashimi. Assorted sashimi came with 3 slices each of salmon, marlin, and two other fish I was not familiar with (no tuna). The slices were thin but still fresh and with flavor (especially the salmon). Salmon belly nigiri was outright delicious and the salmon just melts in your mouth. Raw salmon donburi after mixing was also delicious and full of rich flavor. Softshell crab was equally as outstanding as the previous two dishes. Some may find the price a bit expensive (total was about 1200NTD for three people) but I believe the price is definitely worth the taste experience. Service is rapid, professional, and friendly. I will definitely gave them 5 stars, and surprisely can found nice and quality Japanese food in KH. The fish and sushi is very fresh with more than 20 different selections, for the side dishes you may choose some meaty ones or deep fried to go with. Or you may even get the special chef set menu with 1000 NT which they will serve you the daily specials with appetizer, salad, sushi, main, soup, and dessert, and other set menu is 980, 680, or 480 with different pieces of sushi to eat. Have visited three times now, thoroughly enjoyed it each time. There are some very interesting and unusual options for Nigiri sushi here, check the menu that I have added to the photos section.

This is however an extremely popular place, so I would definitely book as you will not get a table even on a weekday.

Budget wise this is very reasonably priced. Last time I spent NT650 and was completely stuffed.

The deep fried crab and the fish jaw are also excellent. They also have a range of seasonal items which are marked on the menu when available.

I love to sit at the bar and I would recommend that as the bar space is actually rather large for each...
