烤羊肉串 作為一種起源於中東，後來流傳至南亞及地中海地區，後至全世界的料理。卡博（Kebabı）的意思是在中東一帶燒、煎和烤的肉類料理總稱（不一定是串起來的肉類，主要為雞肉、羊肉、牛肉、駱駝肉，沒有豬肉）。這個詞源於波斯語的「کباب‎」（Kebab），意思原指「烤肉」。

老闆很認真的燒烤，醬汁一直塗感覺很美味，但吃了一口要肉味沒肉味，要烤醬味沒有醬料味，要蔥味只有一點點，夜市...

你放假都在幹嘛！羅東夜市美食.ep2 進到羅東夜市的路口有很多個，主要觀光客都會從兩個路口進去，通常住宿宜蘭民宿，都會取得一張美食和景點地圖，不管是不是在地人，可以很快就對路熟悉。 三星蔥肉串是ㄧ串有三塊蔥肉，肉是豬肉，但非碳烤店常見的培根，則是近於沒油花的薄肉片，咬來有些扎實刷上的褐色醬汁鹹甜不膩，香很突出，爽脆中帶著微微嗆辣以及蔥白的甜味。 網路上評價很低，但現場卻很多人在排隊，只能說每個人口味不太一樣，或許是羅東夜市裡很多賣肉串的店，大家都有自己的喜好，缺點：要等15分...
