裕握壽司 — Restaurant in Luodong

Super yummy fresh sushi place in the middle of old loudong market. There is only 6 seats inside. The sushi they offer is a bit of fusion mix. Truffle steak is something special here. Salmon belly is like butter, it melts at your mouth. The sweet shrimp sushi has rice stuck inside the head that soak up all the brain juice. Super delicious. Everything we had is all good. Amazing price too! It gets super busy at lunch time....

二訪 位於市場內的小攤 記得前一次來吃的時候 小攤位在比較中間的位置 市場味道蠻重的中間 魚味肉味很多複雜的味道 問了老闆娘 他們說三月搬來這邊位置了 靠近市場側面的某個出入口 更好找了 而且座位變多了 小攤的前一個位置 我記得是站著吃 有幾個高高的椅子 現在搬來這邊L型 位置變大 座位也變多了 只是看不看老闆製作過程了（想看必須站著🤣） 我今天點的都是我平常愛吃的 干貝握 可以選擇炙燒或生食 我是一個不敢吃生魚片的人 但干貝 蝦子 花枝 魚卵 我卻敢🤣是不是很奇怪 然後店員問我干貝要如何處理的時候 我竟然回她：微炙燒（？） 其實就是不要太熟啦 身為干貝控的我 真的大愛干貝 好好吃喔～ 還有必點的鰭邊肉！！！真的吃到嘴裡直接化開 話說我的同行 好朋友 她是在地羅東人 她之前不知道有這攤 介紹之後 她跟她老公就常常來光顧 而且是鰭邊肉吃到飽那種🤣🤣 我從上個月就很想吃天使紅蝦 今天吃到了～超滿足的 老闆整隻蝦都沒有浪費 還在蝦頭裡塞了飯 飯把蝦頭裡的精華都吸飽 那個飯真的超級營養超鮮甜 肉質就不用說了 很Q嫩很甜💙 牛小排握上面的松露 搭配的恰到好處 月底啦～不管業績如何 牛肉吃起來💪🏻💪🏻 其實禮拜一就想吃了 結果沒開 禮拜五去吃的時候問了一下 原來週一公休 我下次記得了 禮拜一不要去羅東出差🤣 我現在幾乎一週一訪 其實看到別的評論說市場味道很重什麼的 真的還好 可以坐比較靠出口的位置 真的沒什麼味道 然後怕熱的人...
