An awesome patisserie in a little seaside town of Luodong!

The cakes are so deliciously flavorful without being overly sweet (that’s probably why kids weren’t a fan 🤣), sponge layers are pillowy soft with fresh fruits (you can tell the fruits are days old) on top!

The staffs were very friendly as well I’d definitely visit this place again if I need...

這天(大概是2018年1月底)專程來到越穗香蛋糕工作坊品嘗甜點，地點位於羅東鎮東光國中旁的體育路上，並非在主要道路上，外地人或是旅客若不是用google地圖來導航，應該不太容易找到，剛一進門，就被一整條玻璃櫃台內各式耀眼奪目的蛋糕甜點所深深吸引，我一下子也不知道要點什麼糕點才好?

剛好看到冷藏櫃檯內有類似日本大福的甜點，店家給它取的名稱:相思紅豆(Acacia red beans)，看起來圓滾滾，份量應該不小，每顆單價60元，之前吃過好市多的草莓大福，直接就買來吃比較一下，於是坐在店外的體育館長條木椅上大啖一番，這款類似日本紅豆大福的甜點，外皮很薄口感不錯，不過我吃到內餡之後有些吃驚，內餡居然是用戚風蛋糕做成的，紅豆的內餡只有一點點，這款甜點應該叫做相思戚風比較符合吧!雖然好市多的草莓大福外皮比較厚實些，但是其內餡的紅豆和草莓真是好吃到的沒話說，草莓不僅大顆，口味不酸且甜度相當夠，所以越穗香蛋糕工作坊的這款[相思紅豆]我給3顆星評價。
