九里香水餃牛肉麵館 — Restaurant in Miaoli City

This is probably one of the best beef noodle soup place that I've had. The tripe and cucumber side dishes only add more points to this already amazing eatery.

The beef is flavorful and tender, the noodles are just the right texture, and most importantly, the soup's flavor is very balanced.

I find most beef noodle soup lacking in the soup category in that I feel like I'm tasting the oil and the water separately with each spoonful. The soup here is nothing like that and blends very well together.

This place is good. It was recommended to me by some friends as one of the best if not the best place in Miaoli for beef noodle soup. It was good, but I don’t know if I would go so far as to say it was the best in the area. They do offer a lot more things than just beef noodle soup, which I will come back and try more of those dishes another time. 晚餐時段客人較多，告知2樓無法用餐只能等待前面的客人吃完..和別人併桌，結果後面的客人卻可以直接上2樓使用 大碗牛肉麵份量跟別家店小碗差不多，味道甚不如從前，大碗炸醬麵來的份量像小碗一樣，口味上已經沒有以前的水準和味道了！店員阿姨搞不清楚狀況，先生去結帳前腳剛離開，我帶著小孩後腳離開，被阿姨大聲的質疑我們沒有結帳，告知阿姨先生剛結帳了，像鬼打牆一樣重複至少3遍（妳有結帳嗎？）（妳有結帳嗎？）（妳有結帳嗎？）...到底..自己的流程有問題，結賬過的菜單你們自己不...
