The food was excellent BUT it took 55 min for our food to arrive. Several other tables around us were sat, ate their food, and left and we still hadn’t received our food. After waiting 30 minutes we asked the waiter where our food was, we were assured it would arrive shortly. 15 more minutes passed and still no food. I asked to speak with a manager but the manager would not speak to us. Instead another waiter told us that our food would arrive in less than 15 minutes and offered us complimentary soup. I refused the soup and said ‘We just want the food we ordered’. 6 minutes later, the food arrived. When paying they gave us a 10% discount off the bill, which is honestly not enough. In my country if a restaurant provided such terrible service they would probably provide at least 50% discount, they likely would not let us pay at all and the manager of the restaurant would have the respect to personally apologize to us. Read moregonna可以說是整個台北我最喜歡的餐廳 自從南港店開幕後,每個禮拜都有讓我想到gonna報到的理由 食材新鮮健康、食物超級好吃、環境寬敞乾淨、氣氛舒服放鬆 但是在所有理由裡,最吸引我的絕對是每一個gonna員工的服務 大概在我第二、三次開始光顧gonna後 幾乎店裡每個員工都記得我,甚至記得我的口味與飲食習慣 在天氣冷的時候會遞上熱水,在小感冒時遞上衛生紙 每個員工都對待我如同好朋友一般的親切又熱情 對我來說來到gonna就像回家一樣 總是期待著看到gonna的員工們笑著迎接我,讓我的一天都充滿正能量 另外,gonna也十分注重客人的評論以及指教 有時候看到一些比較高要求的客人在和gonna的員工溝通 我總是十分佩服,因為我從來沒有看到任何一個員工露出不高興的表情 而是對於客人給予的意見感到感謝 曾經在餐飲業打工過的我真的非常欣賞gonna南港店從外場到內場的每個員工 希望這樣的高水準服務與餐點品質可以繼續保持 給gonna南港店的每個員工拍拍手~ 我也一定會繼續光顧我的這間愛店!
gonna is no doubt my fav restaurant in the whole TP area Ever since the Nangang branch opened, there's always different reasons for me to visit gonna The fresh and healthy ingredients, the super delicious food, the clean and spacious environment as well as the chill and relaxing vibe However among all the reasons, the reason that attracts me the most is for sure the services of every gonna staff I recall around my second, third time visited gonna, almost all the staffs can already recognize me, they even remember my eating habits They give me hot water when the weather is cold, bring me napkin when I catch a cold Each of the staff treats me as their friend with a friendly and passionate attitude To me, to come to gonna is like coming home I'm always excited to see all the gonna staffs welcome me with a huge smile on their face that can always light up my day gonna staffs also take their customer's feedback very seriously Sometimes I'll see some customers that have higher expectation trying to communicate with gonna staffs about their thoughts I'm always impressed because I've never seen any of the staffs getting upset or showing any negative attitude Instead, they show gratefulness to the customer's advice and suggestions I used to have a part-time job at a restaurant when I was a student, I truly admire the positiveness of all the gonna staffs Hopefully gonna can keep this high-end service and high-quality food going A round of applause for each of the gonna staff!
