This is the worst Kura sushi we have been to. We come for our kids who like to play the game where you return five plates for a chance at one of the game balls. Most places they would get two game balls after we’ve eaten 25 plates. Here we had 30 plates before we got one ball.
When we arrived, there were hardly any sushi on the conveyer belt. Everything had to be ordered. They also told us if we ordered with our phone, we would get an extra chance at the game ball. But they didn’t bother to tell us that sushi plates don’t count when you order by phone causing confusion and annoyance.

There's no real wasabi - you have to get it from the belt. There's no ginger - you have to order it through your phone (and it comes in the smallest possible portion!) and wait a long time until it's delivered by the belt.
