個人主觀陳述 請斟酌服用

文長，以下先總結： 個人認為， $請用過正餐後，來享受悠閒的上菜速度。 $建議點豬五花之前，先詢問一下老闆，當天部位的使用是油居多，還是肉居多。因為我吃了四片都是85%的豬油五花。 $西班牙的啤酒好喝，是當晚最好的體驗。

我個人覺得居酒屋（尤其是居酒屋）是個除了食物之外 整體感受也會非常影響客人感受的餐飲體驗

但是當天的用餐感受並不太佳 進門之後，老闆/主廚...

史上最爛的店-沒有之一 也建議各位不用耗費心思去這店了

某個週六晚間打電話訂位隔天晚餐時間， 也確認人數、姓氏，並留下電話了

結果週日到現場居然沒營業！！

搞得我們幾個人當場很臨時的要找其他備案 就算有臨時狀況，也應該在ＦＢ上公告or打電話給我們通知吧

難道你們會希望取消訂位的客人不打電話直接no...

點了快五千塊的食物 其實都非常好吃跟驚艷 寵物友善餐廳推

扣一顆星是因為 （1）上菜真的是非常非常非常慢，這不打緊，順序很讓人疑惑，第一張單的生蠔….最後才上，反而第二張的都來了，吃了兩個多小時，最後打包還等了快半小時，才發現第一張單的才正在做。 （2）感覺老闆心情不太好，很注重防疫很棒，要先量體溫噴酒精，但口氣會讓人有點嚇到，建議門口貼個大標示，要問問題也不太敢問，而且很常跟老闆娘因為出菜起爭執。

整體來說，光看食物絕對會回訪，因為幾乎都很美味，但千萬不要餓肚子的時候來 但如果把氣氛考慮進去，畢竟是居酒屋嘛...

食物非常好吃。另一半對食物較高要求，也對今晚的晚餐讚賞有加。環境很舒服，餐廳內有風扇，室內循環很好。服務人員也很親切。菜單內品項很多，之前看評論有人提到品項少，但我不這樣認為。品項蠻豐富，價格合理。週四生啤2送一，愛喝酒的千萬別錯過。（特別菜單及活動應該會應季節及老闆策劃為準，下次來不懂還會有嗎）很期待下次可以再回來用餐。 希望大家可以多來用餐，那麼不錯的餐廳希望可以繼續在新店好好經營！非常適合與朋友家人來聚會，當然情侶約會也很適合。也可以通過臉書頁面上定位系統預定位子（我就是在臉書頁面系統訂位的）。

總評： 你真的需要不少耐心，但我沒看到師父重視的細節 建議： 把他當成吃飽飯後續攤的聊天酒場或許可以 態度： 沒有表情、沒有笑容、也沒有歡迎光臨irashai ，是不能說態度惡劣啦，但友善熱情肯定是沒有的。 進去時師父的表情比較像是「你們幹嘛？要找誰？」 食物： 椒響曲不錯，糯米椒中的肉調味不錯。 烤牛肉串是約3mm的三片帶筋牛，味道正常，首次居酒屋碰到牛肉片就是。 兩份豬肉說是五花，但那肥瘦比例比較接近豬油，怕肥肉請小心。 其他品項沒特別好吃也沒特別雷。
