12/19晚上09:30~09:45左右,帶友人前往吃難忘的懷念泡菜當宵夜,不知是換人經營還是怎樣,遇到的男店員有點像"七逃英ㄚ"一直在跟客人(貌似他朋友)聊天，點餐過程感覺很差，坐下來後臭豆腐一下子就端上來3盤，放桌上後，就一直站在我旁邊，聰明的我感受到他要先收費(可以用說的ㄚ)，吃泡菜感覺還在，但是臭豆腐溫度只有微溫，很明顯不是現炸的，朋友說已事先炸好一直泡在油鍋裡，臭豆腐口感很像在吃日式炸飯糰，外"硬"內軟，當下吃的時候我舌頭就有不舒服感，或許我現在的年紀比較適合吃外"酥"內軟的吧，重點來了，晚上回家後我腸子就開始"尬"，睡到半夜來起來跑廁所，隔天問朋友也是腸子都有不舒服只是他們沒有像我醬拉，才發現為何我舌頭會醬，就是因為吃到"不乾淨"的東西了，只能說下次要相信身體的反應，舌頭怪怪的就不能繼續吃了，爾後這家列入黑...

這家的店名真是名符其實！ 「懷念泡菜臭豆腐」，雖然懷念是泡菜的名字但我覺這家的臭豆腐也是我懷念的古早味。 我居留國外，每每回國想吃臭豆腐回味一下；但卻發現現在賣的臭豆腐跟以前吃的不一樣。 現在的臭豆腐是一整塊然後講醬油蒜汁放在中間的洞內。 我懷念的是以前的臭豆腐，炸完後一切四塊，每邊都炸的脆脆的而且我可以控制鹹度與辣度。 昨天因大家在Yelp 上超推，我跟我嫂嫂說附近有家好吃的臭豆腐，我嫂嫂立刻就知道是哪家店。 他們的份量不錯，我覺得是物超所值。 老闆娘忙不過來會讓我們自己端，真的很像以前的感覺。 臭豆腐是外脆內軟，一口咬下感受到蓬鬆的感覺，少少醬汁從蓬鬆的內部流出。 哇！！！ 口感超好的，臉上並帶著滿意的笑容。 泡菜脆脆的，味道適中；單獨吃能獨佔大局，配著臭豆腐吃又不搶臭豆腐的風采；真是絕配！
