吉哆火鍋百匯 — Restaurant in New Taipei

The service in this restaurant is very good. We were late to our 11:30;am appointment because a bus was delayed. The staff member at the front desk was very understanding and helpful, and we were able to hold the table for a while.

This is a good option for an all you can eat buffet restaurant. There are a bunch of ready to eat items including soups, rice, tempura, and fried chicken. There is also a very wide selection of hot pot ingredients, both vegetables and meat. There are many different soup bases to choose from. I especially liked all the ice cream options they had! There was soft serve, many flavors of ice cream that you scoop yourself, a lot of ice cream bars, and a shaved ice station. Another outstanding part of this restaurant was all the drinks. There's a reason Gido has a wait-list for reservations. The quality and quantity of their hot pot options is great, the buffet dishes are plentiful, diverse, and very delicious. Even the drinks and desserts is plentiful (beer, tea, juice, canned soda, coffee, and even hot cocoa). Everyone will have something to enjoy and one can fill up easily (perhaps even vegans, although it might not be worth it). The staff is attentive, and quick. 有一陣子常在Youtube看到，因此有留下些許印象，但還未確定是否要去品嘗，之後親戚聚會時，表姊也恰好有推薦吉哆，就更確定有機會就繞去吃吃看。從收集的資料來看「吉哆火鍋百匯 GIDO HOT POT」是錢都集團旗下的火鍋吃到飽品牌，結合火鍋與自助百匯的火鍋吃到飽餐廳；比較特別的是店家會與其他品牌聯名，並且在不同時期會有專屬的異國特色料理，提供了顧客更多變化的美食選擇。

1.鮮：8/10

畢竟是吃到飽的餐廳，各類食材的新鮮度，如肉品、海鮮和蔬菜等食材肯定是需要每日補貨，冷凍儲藏，並保證足夠的新鮮程度，才能安心地呈現給客戶享用。但也因為需要確保庫存供應，往往食材會多了個保存的工序，導致新鮮度上會顯得相對的要薄弱了一些，跟那些現殺現摘的食材有差別。

2.色：10/10

店家的特色，針對不同的餐期推出聯名餐點或是異國風情料理，並且連裝潢布置都有一併考慮，讓客人不僅僅是在食物料理上品嘗到異國風味，在感官視覺上也能有良好的視覺體驗，足見店家的用心。

3.香：10/10

吃火鍋，光聞著火鍋湯底烹煮時所四散的蒸氣，就導致整家店內就是各種香氣的混雜，而吉哆火鍋更是提供九種湯底供客戶選擇，如麻辣、昆布、番茄等，讓顧客在用餐時能依照個人的喜好，享受到不同湯底的美味與香氣。

4.味：9/10

火鍋的味道取決於湯底和新鮮食材的搭配，但吃到飽的餐點其食材的鮮美程度確實會受到冷凍庫存的影響，而沒那麼優秀，是比較吃虧的地方。而自助百匯餐點的料理部分，也會受到需要較長時間的保溫，非現點現炒的料理，導致料理的鮮度稍微跑掉，這些都算是非戰之罪，即便如此筆者仍覺得吉哆火鍋在這種先天的條件限制下，仍然盡力維持到最好，是個個值得鼓勵的部分。

5.烹飪：8/10

火鍋是消費者自行料理的，較難顯示店家的烹飪技巧；然吉哆火鍋的自助百匯也提供了眾多的料理餐點可供品嘗，整體而言並不會顯得特別驚艷之處，缺乏神來一筆的美味感，但在筆者的口中仍有著一定的正常發揮水平。

6.服務：7/10

自助式吃到飽餐廳的標準經營模式，先在店門口抽取號碼牌，之後等待叫號，安排座位，挑選鍋底後，就沒服務人員的事了，最多就是桌上餐盤太過凌亂時會來整理收拾，一切就是非常標準的程序感。

7.環境：8/10

店內空間寬敞，座位安排也較為鬆散不擁擠，方便隨時走動取餐，用餐動線也較為簡單，走道寬度也安排恰當，配合店內的人數安排，不會有過度塞車的情況產生，相對較為不利的就是在外排隊的等待週期會較長。

價格屬於火鍋吃到飽餐廳當中，較為偏中間的範圍帶，平日午餐每人 $569、晚餐 $619，假日全天 $659，另加 10%...
