A pleasant dining experience with exceptional service. The restaurant offers “semi-indoor” booth seating equipped with air conditioning and curtains to keep bugs and mosquitoes at bay. They also provide mosquito sprays and mentholatum for added comfort. Each table has a service bell, and the waitstaff is responsive. It's rare to find such attentive service in a scenic restaurant, which deserves commendation. As for the food, we tried the afternoon tea set, which includes both savory and sweet dishes. It's perfect for a relaxed family afternoon while enjoying the view. However, the food may not meet high expectations, as a significant portion of the cost likely goes toward the scenic view of the Bitan River. One noteworthy aspect is their encouragement for diners to leave 5-star Google reviews in exchange for a small treat, limited to two exchanges per table. The view and the ambiance were so romantic and perfect for dates. The price wise is on the high side. The food is not Bali authentic. The lack of strong Indonesian flavor has caused one star deduction (and there’s no sambal). The service was okay. The servers handle too many customers in a day they seems like always in rush. Ordered the duck leg and pork. The duck leg was tasty, but not all absorbed into the meat or my expectation is already too high. But overall it’s flavorful. The pork was okay only. The yellow rice on both meals are not as aromatic as i was expecting. Plating wise was very pretty. The shrimp cracker is the only one that perfect for me 😅 Good for a date? Yes. Pretty plating? Yes. I had my 35th birthday White Affair celebration here with over 10 friends. The food and staff were just amazing. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done decent and in order. The setting was beautiful and went along with my theme. We stayed and chilled and joked for hours and they continued to come to check, refill, and clean up.
