小傑was amazing in mixology. Not only in the skills like shaking, stir, rolling. But also the passion of tracing the limits of tasting. The food is darn good. The garlic oil prawns are fantastic. Scallops were in the perfect temperature condition, tender and juicy. Did I mention the tomahawk? You have to have it and their potato slices combined both American spicy and Chinese knife KATA which maybe the most delicious part. I was so excited to try this bar and grille. I was so disappointed with the experience. Our order was simple and it took one hour to get two thirds of it. The puzza was first followed by the pork knuckle. The fried mushrooms were a complete no-show. How can that be?? That's the easiest thing to make?? We finally gave up and left.

Food. Good. Authentic. Tasty. The pizza and pork knuckle were both very good but late. The drinks are expensive but quite large and delicious.

The bar is soooooooooo slow ! Like crazy slow ! They all kept saying “we’re so sorry, only one bartender.” The staff was very apologetic, but also made no attempt to improve. It is literally quicker to take the MRT to Gonguan and get a cocktail, and then ride back and hear the staff apologize again.
