今晚11點多跟朋友想說找個地方聚聚，經過時想說也沒來吃過，就決定跟朋友嚐鮮看看，共四個人用餐，一開始分別點了雪花羊肉7盎司與小肥牛、雪花羊肉14盎司、西班牙松阪肉，服務人員確實沒在做最後餐點確認就走了，結果前面三盤都送上來後，服務人員告知還差一盤伊比利梅花豬肉650元，聽完後我們錯愕的想說我們何時點了這個肉品，所以跑去跟點餐的服務人員反應我們並沒有點到這項，結果女服務員一副就是我們自己點錯的模樣與口氣，然後說有跟我們做最後確認，但確實真的沒有跟我們做最後確認阿！反正服務人員就是一直堅持是我們自己點錯，後來還把那盤她Key錯的伊比利梅花豬放過來桌邊，一副就是這餐品我們就是得收，說到最後，她才心不甘情不願的表情把那盤錯誤的肉盤拿走，我們的位子剛好在廚房前面一點的座位，結果那位女服務員進廚房的時候，剛好有內場人員詢問她的樣子，女服務員就直接說明明是我們自己點錯，還說自己點的不是這個，說的聲音還大到我們整桌人都聽見，這種態度真的很差勁！後來應該是店長，發現我們都在討論之後，才來關心是否是服務人員沒確認最後餐點，簡單了解狀況後道個歉就走了，原本也想說反正就這樣，肉也幫我們換成正確的就好了，結果結帳後，覺得金額怪怪的，跟店長索取明細才看到帳單上服務人員Key錯的伊比利梅花豬肉650$依然沒有更改，如果沒索取結帳明細查看的話，這頓餐除了吃了一肚子氣，還得多付餐費！加上看了明細後，才發現另一個朋友原本點的雪花羊肉14盎司，最後結帳單上也是只Key成7盎司的價格，難怪朋友看到肉盤上桌的時候覺得錯愕，為什麼肉分量跟我們點的看起來差不多，真的很傻眼.....我只想說，那位女服務員如果要抱怨客人的話，也請躲在客人聽不到的地方！雖然這中間溝通的過程女服務員完全不承認錯誤，真的很讓人火大，但最後店家也說要換正確的肉盤給我們，原本也覺得就算了，但服務人員背後抱怨還被我們聽到，真的完全不認為是自己的問題，這才是讓人最火大的地方，第一次遇到這種服務態度，也會是最後一次，就算餐點...

《2018.12 三訪》 香茅醬壽喜燒US美國小肥牛9盎司380元，小肥牛筋多咬不爛，壽喜燒偏鹹，吃多了會膩。菜盤換培根羊尚可。 西班牙松阪豬肉依舊好吃，梅花豬肉也不錯。 飲料：蜂蜜檸檬好喝很解膩。

《2019.01 四訪》 西班牙松阪豬肉8盎司 390元，依舊好吃。梅花豬沒有松阪豬好吃，但也不錯。雞肉太乾，不好吃。

《2019.11 五訪》 伊比利霜降豬肉7盎司500元，肉嫩超好吃。菜盤換蛤蠣，這次的蛤蠣鹹度剛好。好吃順序：伊比利霜降豬肉...
