LOUISA COFFEE Banqiao Wenhua Shop — Restaurant in New Taipei

(NOTE FOR LOUISA MANAGEMENT, THEIR FOOD IS STILL GOOD)

First time ordering at louisa in person and had to go through the menu items one by one. I asked one female cashier how does the toast look like since i never had it. Since the toast was under one category i thought they were all the same with different filling but i still wanted to know what the actual item was. At this point the cashier was getting impatient and gave a vague answer of how the toasts were all a different kind and didnt explain properly of how they were different. My mom asked me in non chinese language "so what do you want to eat?" I replied "wait a sec" and the cashier assumed i was scolding her. on what basis did she think i was being angry at the cashier? I was replying my mom in person. It wasnt even that busy and was still 10am only 2 hours after opening! Only had one person behind us. Luckily a fellow colleague was much more chill about it and guided us through the menu, Props to him. If this is how they treat first time customers then expect them to come back!

Worst coffee shop I've been to, doesn't even have a proper ceramic cup for a coffee. Why even bother opening a cafe if they will serve in a paper cup even having it in. A bloody expensive frozen tiramisu was served.. That's not a tiramisu at all..no one serves a frozen tiramisu. This cafe is a joke with even nice interior and all over...

The staff was with bad attitude. Not like other Louisa store , Apple Pay is not available here. Sockets were limited , seats were a bit closed to each other . The most important thing is max staying time is only 2 hours . I Dont recommend this Louisa store , you only go there unless you can’t find good cafe’...
