Often very busy with limited seating. The service is usually very polite and efficient. The food is Japanese in nature. It is very much like a Japanese hamburger joint. Really like the Angus beef in rice burger. Their morcha lattes are very nice as are...

目前去過所有摩斯漢堡中 最讓人不喜歡的一家店 店員只會重複說 要稍候15分鐘 我和我老婆等了快50分鐘受不了 去詢問狀況 店員還在要稍候15分鐘 然後我們想要退費走人了 問說我們餐點開始作了沒 還沒開始作就別作了 我們要退費 店員也不想（或不敢）正面回答 完全不講我們的餐點開始弄了沒 只會跳針說要請我們稍候

這明顯是店家教育出了問題 真正嚴重的事情不是人手不足 而是明明人手不足 沒辦法應付客流量 店家卻去教育店員用騙的 可能實際應該要等一個半小時 但怕客人不來 就騙說只要15分鐘 每個客人都騙 總能凹到些不好意思閃人乖乖等的 當客人受不了長時間等待 去詢問開始作餐點了沒 店內明明人手不足 客人的餐點還沒開始弄 店家也是教育店員不要正面回答 一律說要稍候就好 能夠凹多少人留下來就凹看看

我是2022/9/28 晚上六點半左右點餐的客人 等到7點20受不了就退費走人 當時明顯我們的餐點還沒開始作 我們旁邊也好幾個客人 已經等了半小時一小時的都有

對了 補充一下 店員態度其實很好 都是微笑著騙你 滿貼心的

除了漢堡變小了一點 現在紅茶是不是也沒有茶味了？ 如果是水多加一點來稀釋 每月盈餘會增加多少？ 這家店裝飲料時常有溢出不會擦掉 覺得態度較粗心隨便 可能公司時常請不到人 講不聽也只能繼續聘用 可能因為同事言語用詞讓人不舒服？ 不想在這環境工作？ 減少不耐煩或放開嗓子說話 (辯解說天生講話大聲都是藉口 其實就是不在乎他人感受) 對於大家會有更好的用餐感受吧 牆面油漆和空調有清潔整理過 硬體環境還不錯
