跟朋友想說吃膩學校附近的餐廳 剛好看到這家店看起來很好吃就進去用餐 結好帳（12:40左右）等了20分鐘都沒送任何東西上來 後來上課快來不及了 朋友就跟店員改外帶 店員表示已經在做了（朋友說看起來不想讓我們改） 但因為我們真的要來不及了 還是改外帶 還聽到隔壁桌的人討論餐點為什麼送錯 等很久之類的

後來等到一點快10分才送義大利麵外帶過來 但還有點的披薩卻沒給 店員也毫不知情的樣子 我說我還有一個披薩套餐 並且給他看我的單子 她才急匆匆的拿走我手上的單子進去弄 後來大概快15分 拿著披薩出來 義大利麵卻放在廚房裡 而且餐點的披薩明明寫有薯條跟烤布蕾 店員給我的披薩那袋 一拿到我就看到沒有烤布蕾 而且當時外場兩個店員都站在櫃檯烤布蕾 但我外帶卻沒給 太麻煩也不想再要了 因為不知道要等多久 20分要上課（不能遲到的課）

因為我自己是服務業 很明白遇到奧客的心情 所以我也不想當奧客在那邊跟店員盧 感覺外場都很手忙腳亂 做餐出餐的都沒有看單子 少東少西的 廚房看起來有點人手不足 店員態度很好 但人力訓練要加強 在外面看有種互相沒分配好工作的感覺 每個人都東做一個西做一個 一下點餐一下倒飲料 沒有固定誰做什麼 就會變得有些東西沒人弄 即使拿到的餐點好吃但要等那麼久...
