對於越南法國麵包和春捲特別有興趣。對我而言，只要是包著內餡的麵食，沒有不喜歡的；凡是炸過的春捲，沒有不配飯的。北台灣有著愈來愈多的越南新住民，自然帶來了其家鄉味，一方面可以化解他們的鄉愁，二則也造福我們這種沒去過當地人的口福。一如華人移民到哪都會開上中國餐館般，形成種特色吧？ 在社團中見到網友貼文介紹這家，一看地址著實有點遠，拖沓好久才去看看。心想這麼一段路，就為了這個，實在太拚，所以累積看看附近有無其它目標，再一同前往。後來又見到其它特色品向在附近，也就有前去的動力了。

點了我個人最偏好的炸春捲和越南麵包來吃看看，心想能一次滿足兩個口味真不賴。炸春捲炸得過老了，外皮是焦脆了，因為不夠厚實，內餡口感就顯得過頭，沒有外酥內軟的綜合口感。吃過幾次越南口味的春捲，覺得都是個能吃的水平而已，還沒吃到驚豔的。至於這個法國麵包嗎！就是個實惠，份量夠大，口味就很一般，內餡的調味在酸甘上不出眾。附湯端上來倒是嚇到我，給了塊這麼大的豬骨，店家表示他們每碗湯都是這樣子的。這湯的味道不好說，但也不至於難喝，除了濃厚的姜味外，還有種喝不出來的植物味。

跑了這麼段路去，實在不值得。對於左近的人而言，吃吃飯當然是沒毛病的。 ...
