Saizeriya — Restaurant in New Taipei

This wasn't the first time that I goat I go to this place and it was one of my favorites in the beginning, but recently the service is just awful, it's a shame that such a good place with a good location and a very average price has become so bad ...well at least in this location, there's so many things that I consider when I look for a good place to eat in this city, and for this price I don't expect a very personalized service, but I at least expect they to treat me well since I'm a customer, they even asked to me and my friends if we can leave earlier even though it was a Tuesday and it was only 8 p.m. Because they" wanted to clean up the place" at that time we only have spent 1 hour and 45 minutes inside a place after we were waiting for 40 minutes just to get our meals, after my order arrived I still have to wait for my first meal since they had forget it or they just didn't realize that we wrote it down since there was nobody asking us for what do you want we want to eat, they just give us a paper so we can write down our order, after we finally decided that we want to leave that place like it was not enough, the cashier he tell us that we cannot pay separately, even though I have been there several times with my friends and we had ALWAYS pay separately ... I really like this Japanese chain, but they really have to do something better to improve the service in this store... Instead I recommend this store which is one station away in 府中站， same chain, same price, still convenient, but MUCH...

Pizza with extra cheese tastes great, while the regular pizza is just okay. The food options are impressive, especially the fish, and the bread is a must-try. The overall value is excellent, considering the price, food quality/quantity, environment, and service.
