I have ordered delivery here several times over the couple of months. The pasta and sauces are very good especially compared to other places in Taipei. Although it is pricier and their location requires long or additional cost delivery, it is worth it. I don't know why they just don't include plastic bag since it is 1nt and their items are usually fragile for long transit, it is not a big deal but just a "okay?" I mean if you don't give me a bag or if I forget to click the extra box I don't think either party wants to see the outcome.
The ragu pasta (300+) is nice and firm, the meat sauce tastes homemade and not from a can. However, the additional meat slices (100ntd) was salty and awkward.
The beef pasta (450+) was very hearty and has an authentic vibe to it. It feels nice to eat this during the winter. It is filling and the beef quality is good.
The steak (700+) tasted okay, but it is cut up already into cubes and the portion size becomes a bit of a mystery. At this price point I did expect a little bit more and to not have it scissored up like a night market cube steak...it is passable, but I would not order again.
The foccacia bread (100?+) the portion size is small, but they are soaked in olive oil and garlic butter? The taste is fragrant and to eat with steak and pasta, this bread is a good balance.
When ordering pasta delivery in Taipei, my biggest worry is if it will make me sick. Then, it is just water carbonara or bucket bolognese, which is very common like iPasta. However, I have been able to eat Carlos' comfortably. So I am very glad they value a higher standard.

十分榮幸成為第一個評價的客人！ 我是在Ubereat上吃到的，已經好久沒在Ubereat上有這種驚艷的感覺！ 肥美的淡菜，用料扎實的吵炒番茄，有如在道地的義大利納那般，才剛打開盒子香氣便撲鼻而來的奶油管麵，即便經過外送的一番折騰，麵依舊是完美的Q彈口感。辣炒貓耳朵麵，恰到好處的辣度，細碎的蔬菜與貓耳朵麵疙瘩也是讓口感非常蒜嘴，一口一口停不下來。

這是一個很特別的體驗，說是一家店但更像是客廳，感覺像是到鄰居家吃飯，在一個社區小巷子內，環境我認為不太好，排煙沒做好，用餐區像是失火般都是煙⋯
海鮮拼盤感覺更像是台式蒜炒蛤蜊，口味偏鹹，蛤蜊偏小，奇妙的是居然只有一隻蝦子，雖然也符合這道菜叫海鮮拼盤，但兩個人用餐不免覺得有點意外。
義大利麵是用扁麵，麵沒什麼擺盤，份量給得多，可以吃的很飽，口味是家常感，鴨胸給的份量多，但這款鴨胸相當死鹹，一口咬下爆出的汁水太不真實。
這家店沒有菜單，老闆請我們自己上Uber看菜單。結帳的時侯沒說明餐點各自多少，跟我們說「只收1000就好」，不是不能接受這個費用，但會有種不清...
