Not enough sauce. And the sauce didn’t have a good seasoning balance. I think it was too much oregano but not sure. The crust wasn’t great either. A very mediocre pizza experience. It didn’t seem to fit into either the category of Italian or American style. Closer to Italian I’d say. I left full. It wasn’t terrible but not very good either.

2024/9月週五晚上路過，座位不多大概可容納不到20個客人，6：30當時只有另外兩桌，平日應該不太需要訂位。本次點了： 蒜香烤牛披薩$320：每日限量8份，內有香蒜醬，無骨牛小排，花椰菜，杏鮑菇，蒜末，玫瑰鹽，起司。主菜牛肉蠻多塊，如果說Q彈多汁美味的話還是太過誇張，但沒有腥味而且不會烤的過乾，吃得出來食材不錯。由於沒有番茄醬，蒜香的味道非常明顯很香，餅皮又薄又脆但不乾，烤的稍微蓬鬆很好入口，不會有吃完餅皮就飽的負擔感，在吃過的披薩中餅皮算非常優秀。 辣隻狗270：內有熱狗，墨西哥辣椒，酸黃瓜，黑橄欖，起司，番茄醬，蜂蜜芥末醬。其實就是經典墨西哥披薩+熱狗的感覺，雖然是店家推薦品項，但熱狗是類似早餐店的熱狗而不是高級的火腿或香腸，個人建議點墨西哥就好，熱狗反而有點突兀。與一般常見的番茄醬pizza比，味道清爽不死鹹，辣度適中，同時起司的香味很足夠但不油膩。 套餐部份，點一個披薩+280可加雙人分享餐60元飲料or玉米濃湯選2+炸物派對（原價250），選飲料的話就是350ML的鋁箔罐，但一人一個披薩再喝可樂的話會太飽，建議選玉米濃湯。炸物派對CP值高，附近餐廳同樣份量絕對破300，裡面的薯條洋蔥圈青檸雞柳條都是常見的冷凍食品的味道，但配合店家炸的技術夠好能做到脆而不油，讓人覺得比平時好吃不少，兩個雞翅也很有水準。 雞米花$60：另外單點的，就是正常的份量，比較普通，如果配合$80個人套餐可以，不需要特別加點。 整體而言，披薩口味偏清淡但不失味道，不會吃到火烤濃香重口的刺激感，但可以吃到對食材的合理應用和對口味的細心把控，薄皮餅皮非常優秀，會是家中長輩都可以接受的風格。 價格合理CP值高，炸物比附近大部分店家都划算。口味完勝更貴的連鎖美式速食披薩就不用說了，跟大部分同價位的非連鎖平價義式餐館的披薩比，也稱得上是前段班。適合不喜歡太重口又想吃好披薩的人，一個人500以內就可以吃很飽。

Crust is good, ingredients are fresh and right quantity, very clean, I asked them for olive oil it's extra virgin olive oil, this is rare, price is reasonable for the area. Next time hope can discuss with the manager looks very young. The menu is complete they even have sweet type. I will come...
