Disappointing and unpleasant experience at the tien mu location.

Croissant was stale... tasted like it was a few days old. I told the server Amber and i cant believe she just blamed it on the "croissant supplier". Really disappointed with the way they handle customer complaints. No discounts were offered even after i had mentioned it. No attempt was made to fix the situation after i strongly voiced my dissatisfaction with the quality of the croissant. Nonchalant is the best way to describe their service attitude. Nice place to have brunch with friends or family. although I was alone when I dined here. The place is bright and comfortable. I asked for a table beside the window so I can have some natural light while I read my book. Good service. I wanted something light so I ordered the morning crunch and a cup of hot latte. Food and coffee is great and I really enjoyed it. A bit pricey though (NT$484), but that’s to be expected being inside Sogo department store. I will try the eggs Benedict next time, it looks good...
