A hidden gem in a neighborhood with few healthy food options. Not only is their menu vegetarian, but they cook Italian food that is better than most Taipei Italian restaurants. ⭕️應該是間老店了(民國105年開業)，在四周都是漂亮餐廳的環伺下，顯得低調又樸實，需要細細的品味店老闆的用心。 ⭕️純素、蛋奶素、五辛素 ⭕️口味5星、食材5星、用餐環境(氣氛)4星、服務5星 ⭕️不是網美店，不嘩眾取寵。剛一走進餐廳時，覺得空間老舊，服務人手也不多，只有一位在廚房，一位在外場(老闆本人?)，需要自己將使用後的餐具放回回收區。 雖然人手不充裕，餐具也需自取，但是，餐具非常清潔乾淨，沒有水漬，讓客人用起來倍感安心。 ⭕️取水時，飲水機上秀著大大的H2，一按壓出水，竟然出來白白的飲料，看了嚇了一跳，以為是可爾必斯喝到飽(?)，NONONO，它是高氧負氫能量水。剛按壓出來的水是乳白色，不到30秒會變透明，很認真喝了下去，說真的，口感覺得沒有太大不同，但覺得變健康了(心理作用)。 ⭕️時蔬南瓜麵(奶素)250元:濃郁的南瓜湯汁，口感很鮮美，繽紛的各色蔬菜拌炒其間，非常好吃。堅果青醬燜飯(奶素)260元一送上來,就有濃濃的堅果香氣，幾顆碩大的堅果舖在燜飯上，交織出不同的口感層次。加30元可以加一碗湯，當天是玉米濃湯，奶香味很足，不像有些餐廳的玉米濃湯都是勾芡，讚一個。 ⭕️它不是一間很美的餐廳，用料郤很實在。是一間可以和好友、家人、同學或外食...
