Snail Italian Restaurant — Restaurant in Songshan District

Have been visited this place for few times but after today's incident won't come back anymore for their bad services. Overall food is ok but the attitude of the staff should not even work in a service industry.

We ordered 2 bottles of wine, and the staff stated that 1 bottle can only get 4 wine glasses, and the 5th wine glass onwards has to pay an additional 75 NTD. I can understand this additional charge if we bring our own bottles. BUT THIS IS NOT THE CASE!! We ordered directly from the restaurant.

Very good Italian restaurant tucked away in the side streets. The food has a very rustic and homemade taste/feel to it. The caesar salad, flatbread, ribeye steak, tiramisu, and pumpkin soup were all good dishes. The lasagna was definitely the highlight of the meal, and the wings were great too (very crispy yet tender and juicy).

Came with a friend had a surprising delicious lunch. Came again 2 days later for dinner was solely disappointed with both food and atmosphere. It was terribly noisy that we had to shout in order to hear one another from across the table.

I ordered the same entree from 2 days ago which tasted totally different. It was flavorful at lunch but very bland and the risotto was half cooked at dinner.
