They need to hire more staff, period. The service is excruciating slow. It was 10 minutes before they noticed me waiting for a seat when there were many seats available. Then it was another 10 minutes before she realized she hadn't taken my order. She was putting around gabbing up to regulars. There's also problems with how the staff decide on what's priority to deal with and what's not. You wanna hire a skeleton staff? Then get good ones with their heads on straight who are quick on their feet.

We had just had lunch prior to coming to Royal Park. We came just to get some dessert. They had a dessert section but for some reason we were told that we had to choose only from the afternoon tea section. I guess it’s to pay for the drink bar, which includes a self serve coke dispense and coffee machine. Didn’t matter if you don’t drink, it’s included.

We ended up getting a bunch of ice cream sundaes. It took a long time to be served but they were not too bad.
