Not safe for novice skaters. There is absolutely no reason for people to be skating in such a long line, being reckless to those that want to try out. Ive been here before and I know how to skate, but I had to spend majority of the time in the rink without my friends as they were too scared to try bc how dangerous the skilled skaters can be. The staff only stopped them once! But shortly after they formed this long line again. They need to have some rules in place against this behaviour, as these people skate backwards and dont look ahead, cutting in front of you with no remorse.

整體來說很漂亮，但是恰逢暑假人潮有點多，大多是來炫技的小朋友們，雖然說有點危險，但是蠻厲害的看著心情也挺好，只是相較之下場地就比較小，對於新手來說較不友善，新手練習區域很小，剛有辦法放手自行滑的新手待在那練習過於擁擠，但是去到大場地又相對的速度太慢可能會影響到場內比較厲害的人，這算是硬體設施上比較不好的地方。

朋友溜滑輪被說超速幅度很大，根本都還沒加速溜起來,一群新學員並排溜著，為了閃新人而溜外圍，被服務人員說溜的幅度太大了。 說真的，你們這些服務人員知道溜冰的性質嗎？ 你們有自己親身體驗溜冰碰到一群天兵擋住，緊急的應變能力嗎？ 一個管理者不知溜冰的性質跟安全性，說我們溜的幅度太大，很可笑的問題。 我們這群朋友全部都留了20幾年的經驗， 還會比你服務人員更沒經驗嗎？

而且你們要放縱新人進入中間溜時，你們應該告知新人，應該‼️注意哪些？ 例如：溜到一半直接‼️橫切出去，這是很⚠️危險的動作。這會造成後面⚠️撞上。 還有新人就已經溜的不穩定，還要自溜自拍😭😭 這服務人員應該要告知一下新人吧？

溜冰要音樂節奏感跟速度。 要不然我們來消費是怎樣？ 要跟新的一樣慢慢溜嗎？（那來溜冰就沒意義啦）

還有你們服務人員態度不佳😡，尤其是今天的那位女生沒穿制...

4/5中午過去玩，結果要走的時候發現鞋子被別人穿走...唉 真的是很離譜，雖然長很像 ，但長度根本不一樣啊，到底是怎麼認錯的，真的有夠生氣（白色短靴）而且擺的位置也不一樣，誰會不記得自己擺的位子啦😠重點他鞋子上還有破洞，到底是怎樣啦！多喜歡我的新鞋喔 😠😠他的都這麼髒了 是不是想偷偷私藏我的鞋子呀😗真的是很鬧喔 好啦說這麼多 希望穿走我鞋子的人可以看到 😀既然這麼喜歡，那就送你吧🥵反正我也不想要了 先不談穿走我鞋子這件事 我後面還有自己的行程啊！就因為你我訂位的餐廳還遲到了...工作人員的處理辦法是給我一雙拖鞋，然後他們在調監控，雖然他們跟我說早到人的時候會聯絡我 ，我是不知道他們找到哪裡去了（我是下午2.多走的）距離現在也10個多小時了 哈哈 😀我只能說 你們可以不用找了啦沒事的...
