Culinary Delight at Truly Taiwanese Cuisine
During our recent visit to Truly Taiwanese Cuisine, we embarked on a delightful culinary adventure that left us thoroughly satisfied. Here's a breakdown of our experience:
Marinated Pork Liver😋 Truly Taiwanese Cuisine truly outdid themselves with the Marinated Pork Liver. The dish was bursting with flavor and was an absolute delight.
Braised Pork Belly with Gua Bao😋 This dish was a wonderful combination of delicious flavors that blended beautifully. Every bite was a pleasure.
Chicken Rice with Sesame Oil😋 Our favorite of the day! The rice was perfectly cooked, with each kernel wonderfully separated and enveloped in aromatic sesame oil. What a dish!
Sweet Potato Leaves with Sesame Oil & Ginger😋 A delightful vegetable offering. The flavors were well-balanced, making it a lovely side dish.
Warm Shaoxing Yellow Wine with Ginger The pairing of Shaoxing Yellow Wine with ginger was a masterstroke, complementing our meal perfectly.
Chili Sauce🌶️🌶️🌶️ The chili sauce was an exceptional accompaniment, providing just the right amount of spiciness. 👍👍👍
Overall, Truly Taiwanese Cuisine provided a memorable dining experience with its authentic flavors and expertly crafted dishes. We'll certainly be returning soon!

Perhaps due to the taste preference, we couldn’t really appreciate the sweetness in most dishes, such as Taiwanese pickle omelette ans the stir fry veggie(Shan-Su). And the salted egg tofu was way too greasy.
In the meantime the cuttlefish roll and salted egg bitter melon were excellent.
Overall it is a typical Taiwanese restaurant where you can give it a try on some traditional dishes especially from Ilan county. To end the meal, I humbly suggest to NOT order the shaved ice, they were absolutely overpriced and mediocre in flavors and the...
