It was quite crowded when we got there at about 1pm and had to wait. But the boss was friendly and responsive. The noodles take awhile to be prepared but were served fresh and piping hot! I liked the Al dente noodles and how generous they were with the thickness and size of the chashu.
But what I absolutely loved the most was the croquette! Croquettes can be difficult to get the right thickness of batter vs filling ratio. But I felt the croquettes here got it right. The crust was crispy, the pumpkin mush had the perfect mouthfeel and the light seasoning of salt and pepper was perfect pairing. That was definitely one of the Top 3 Bowls of Ramen I had in Taiwan. Rich, flavourful and creamy Tonkotsu Broth with perfect Noodles, a perfect Ajitama, Seaweed, Negi, Mushrooms and fragrant Chashu. The serving is big and leaves you fully satisfied.
What makes this Ramen shop outstanding is the unmatched hospitality of the owner. He talks to his guests and ensures they have a great time. Served me a portion of the most perfect and juicy fried chicken and wouldn’t even let me pay for it.

really enjoyed the food here! the ramen soup was initially quite salty to taste at first, but with the ramen and the chashu together, the saltiness in the soup blends well with the ingredients.
