Their soup is super thick and savory, and you get one (or half) free ball of noodles for every bowl of ramen you order. If you aren't satiated after a ramen, keep the soup and ask the chef for extra noodles. He'll put the cooked noodles in another bowl and take them to your table.
Love that they serve fresh garlic cloves, and on every table is a crusher for you to squeeze them into your ramen. The garlic adds more sweet and tangy flavors.
The fried chicken is amazing, too. Bite into it hot with pepper salt and shichimi, then take a sip of beer. Life is great. 👍
The fried rice is not extremely outstanding imao. Good that every grain of rice and egg shred is firm, without too many additional ingredients and flavors to distract you.
