2025/03/18當天早上快8點，火災警報鈴聲大響，飯店人員完全沒有作為，持續響了約3分鐘，打到櫃檯彷彿很淡定的說有人誤按處理中，後來終於取消，殊不知沒過多久又在來一次警鈴大作，一樣響了4分鐘左右，打去櫃檯問彷彿不知道此事一樣，說要確認一下，然後就沒然後了。 貴為“長榮飯店集團”旗下，房價一晚也不便宜，消防與安全衛生，是一間飯店最最最基本的訓練吧，雖然說是新飯店，雖然說還在營運，但這中間的危機處理完全不行，縱使是客人不小心誤按，第一時間的廣播安撫住客情緒以及告知非緊急狀況也都完全沒有，相當誇張，後續下樓詢問，得到的經理答覆是他彷彿也很無奈，當初在處理中，還在想辦法，後續又不想廣播再次吵到住客，真的非常不ok，這是安全問題，那試問貴飯店，如果真的遇到緊急情況，怎麼辦呢？ 退房時有送一個飯店的手提小袋子當作賠不是，但我想問，安全是這樣草率的處理嗎？難道長榮集團旗下的飯店人員沒有經過消防訓練及公安訓練嗎？真的相當失望

Great location, service was alright. Room design and functionality was great However the check in at 4pm and check out is 11am is ridiculous and not common in the market. We were rejected checked in at 3pm and told to come back at 4pm. Room design was great and functional, but the acoustics is quite bad, i could hear nx door guest chatter...
