[總結] 彷彿徜徉在海邊。

[餐點] 8.1分 今天點了「北大西洋龍蝦」與「阿拉斯加肉蟹」各一隻。不管是蝦還是蟹，都是活體處理後直接烹調，所以蝦蟹本身新鮮自是不在話下，肉質口感也都挺好，尤其蟹肉比蝦肉更鮮甜可口，大推。由於是以清蒸的方式來烹調，才能吃出食材的新鮮原味，平時習慣重口味的朋友來用餐前要慎思。另外，餐廳自製的莎莎醬很美味，拿來搭配蝦蟹也不錯。最後，甜點的部分，如果沒有考慮要自製，在相同的成本下，外購雪糕有更好的選擇，建議可以更換。

[服務] 9.0分 從打電話預約訂位，到當天現場服務人員的服務，都非常地無微不至，令人有非常好的感受。服務人員上菜時都有詳細地解說，用餐期間的詢問也都有親切地回覆。

[環境] 8.6分 整體的用餐環境讓人彷彿置身海岸邊的villa，建築物內部挑高的設計，以及濃濃海洋風的風格，讓人在用餐時非常舒心。餐廳內部的裝潢溫馨、擺設可愛，室內外的階梯都營造出高級的層次感。洗手間非常寬敞，搭配瑰柏翠的洗手膠與乳液，很高級。

臨時起意Google來吃的龍蝦餐廳，結果大驚喜！🐚🦞 整體風格是溫馨的海洋風，店內佈置很有度假感，牆上的壁畫與掛旗很有異國風🎏 餐廳是以點的海鮮重量計價，隨餐會附上玉米片、濃湯、麵包、咖啡、冰品等，部分附食吃不夠都還可以續 馬鈴薯泥麵包與墨西哥玉米片佐莎莎醬，清爽又開胃🌽🍤 被店家招待的沙拉搭配的是開背去腸泥的鮮蝦、魚卵跟海藻，脆口清爽，生菜脫水脫的很乾，醬汁的量下非常精準，看得出店家的用心♡ 濃湯吃得到小卷洋蔥馬鈴薯，章魚還是小卷的湯料居然Q彈不老不潤，香濃不膩，餐後的咖啡也意外地順口☕️ 最驚艷的莫過於我們點的整隻波士頓龍蝦，肉質鮮甜飽實，吃得到大海的甜味！配上一點檸檬更提味～ 整體餐點精緻用心、份量剛好，吃得心滿意足😋 如果你喜歡新鮮海鮮或想找個舒服的地方慢慢享受美食，這裡真的值得一試！
