Absolutely one of the best meals/experiences we’ve had in our worldly travels. We chose Omakase( chefs choice) loosely translated. The chef/family providing flavor after flavor. Starting with sashimi of fresh cuts, followed by uni w/gelatin, abalone, roast duck, beef, perfect sea scallop, multiple fantastic nigiri, miso soup, and a banana custard. I’m sure I’m missing some. 第一次用餐

是因為裝潢被吸引進來 結果入座時 點餐人員連續三次點到一半離開 明明只點了四樣菜中間還換了人員點餐

點餐過程時間很久（但現做能理解） 可是我在過程看到了老闆切著我的生魚片 又從口袋拿錢出來找客人 （說也奇怪隔壁桌要結帳 結果收銀機裡沒有錢可以找客人 所以另一個服務員小弟又跟老闆拿錢出去換錢）所以就有了老闆從口袋拿兩次錢都沒有洗手繼續切著我的生魚片

另外放食材的粘板上放了手機又放了筆 就在食材的旁邊 我實在不太能理解 怎麼能那麼沒衛生 可以一直重複交叉感染

等了很久餐點終於上桌 我點的是時令海鮮丼飯$550 看到這餐點真的無語 我們拿著網路的圖片問老闆 老闆跟我說圖片是以前的 （才四個月） 吃了一口醋飯真的有夠酸 而且給了我哇沙米卻沒給我醬油 生魚片也不新鮮

包含海鮮粥 真的味道淡到我不知道要說什麼 裡面也只有一隻蝦 幾片魚碎肉和明太子

總之我吃兩口真的無法繼續吃 跟老闆反應了生魚片不新鮮和醋飯太酸 他跟我說是認知的問題？！

反正我直接結帳 ...
