Not a fan of smelly tofu but I heard it’s good! Have it will it’s hot otherwise the skin will turn hard. Stall is quite organised. U will be issued an order number upon ordering. Just wait for your number to be called.

Still my favourite smelly tofu after 10+ years, a must eat whenever I visit Taiwan. 小辣 was just right for me this time round.. it's fried to the optimal level whereby crispy and gum-friendly, and smells good but not that smelly, and the cabbage/cucumbers complements the tofu and brings it to another level. Took about a 20-minute wait on Sunday 8pm.

50 nt for 5 pieces of tofu. It is very reasonable and the tofu has a nice crisp texture and good pickled cabbage. They also put cucumber which also adds a good crunch together with the tofu. The stinkiness is pretty light, you can smell it from far away but when you bite into it there's just a slight stinkiness which is really good. I came in the morning with no wait, and at peak time when all the seats were full and there was a line. I didn't have to wait too long though, maybe 15 minutes which...

I think this could be the best stinky tofu I've ever had in Taiwan (or maybe I haven't tried enough yet?) The outside is crunchy and crispy yet the inside is still juicy, with the cucumber and slight cold kimchi stuffed in the middle, you are in heaven! Almost wanted to get a second order to go! Will definitely crave this when I leave Taichung! Even if stinky tofu isn't your thing, give it...
