Visit this place during birthday celebrations.
For the food, a bit disappointed. Because I arrived at around 7pm, some of the food is like leftovers with out refill. Especially the salad bar. The hot dishes is nice with quite a lot of variety. The fried prawn is my best among all the seafood. The shirmp in the cold seafood area is nice too. The roasted duck taste good just the way of display is not good, again like a leftover.
The seafood is the most disappointed part, the crab wasn’t fresh enough - there is a taste like a defrozen food. The lobster only have the craw served in soup. The baked oyster wasn’t available after 7.30pm. So I didn’t try it.
The best dishes should be credit to Hagan Daz ice cream. As they have lots of favor which rarely found in the market. Pistachio is the BEST. I only tried this in USA before. Super tasty. And they have the lotus biscuits Carmel favor, cookies and cream, strawberry, mango etc. Nice 👍

整體視覺效果不錯,看得出店家可能是美術系或視覺效果相關專業出身,但 金玉其外,敗絮其中。
看完網友分享,我懷疑我們是否去了同一家餐廳。 烤鴨?焗烤生蠔? 這些「傳說中的菜色」,我完全沒見到!尤其晚上 19:00 後更是毫無影蹤,大概跟去南極看極光的概率差不多吧。
以下是我的實際體驗,分享給各位參考:
吃到飽的核心精神
吃到飽,顧名思義是讓顧客無限制享用餐廳的多種商品。即使有限量或需要加價,通常餐廳會 事先明確說明。
台灣的吃到飽文化 至少有 15 年歷史,大多數餐廳早已建立清楚規範: 不怕客人吃,取用時不會有壓力。 商品補充及服務流程通常井然有序。
但這家五星級飯店的吃到飽餐廳,讓我感受到的是—— 「怕你吃」的經營理念,可能某位高層想讓公司多賺點錢吧。
餐廳體驗細節
一、入場安排
從拿發票到被帶位,時間接近 19:40,也就是算第二輪的開始用餐時間。但就我的體驗來說
二、各區食物品質 炸物區 拿到的炸雞翅是冷的,感覺像是中午炸好放到晚上。 這品質甚至不如市場買的 20 元炸雞翅,至少市場的還是熱的!
我幫這區重新命名為——冷盤區:炸物。
港式料理 只能說是「湊數量」,完全不及格。
泰式料理 冬蔭湯 應該是從中午煮到晚上,因為都起泡了,裡面的海鮮又乾又柴。其他泰式菜色更是少得可憐,還給人「剩菜」的感覺。 例如:泰式椒麻雞,乾巴巴毫無賣相,看了就沒食慾。
燒臘區 完全沒見到烤鴨,剩下的像是油雞,吃起來乾澀無味,但外觀還算過得去。這可能是我吃過最糟的燒臘體驗。
生菜沙拉區 & 海鮮區 這部分正常發揮,尚可接受。特別是起司盆和乾火腿儀器比較少見,有點加分效果,但火腿幾乎沒得取用,疑似只是裝飾用的擺設。
飲料區 這區域是少數的亮點。
• 咖啡機 x3 台,咖啡隨便喝到飽。 • 茶類飲品選擇豐富,還有果汁、紅酒、啤酒可自行取用。
飲料補充完善,至少不怕你喝。
甜點區 約晚上 20:45,甜點區已被收得乾乾淨淨,僅剩 哈根達斯冰淇淋,勉強挽回一點分數。 蛋糕和其他甜品都沒了,感覺質量一般,應該是工廠貨。
其他亮點 當我拿著冰淇淋回座時,桌上的所有餐盤竟被清空,餐點也被收走!
這讓人不禁懷疑,這家餐廳的營業模式是否另有深意: • 客人若坐得久一點,會被強制清場? • 8:30 雖未到關門時間,但「趕客行動」早已展開。
體驗結語
價格 vs. 體驗
人均 1500 元 的價位在台中吃到飽市場中屬於偏高。但無論火鍋還是燒烤,這價位能享受到的選擇絕對遠勝於這家餐廳。
