My friend and I went to 樓外樓 on July 26th, 2025 for dinner. I have always heard wonderful things about this lovely restaurant and its wonderful dishes, not to mention the (老闆) boss' amazing dedication in running this restaurant for decades. The moment we arrived, we were already greeted with a warm smile and sweet greetings from the boss. As we were seated, some waiters immediately served us a pot of tea, two pieces of tea glasses, a set of plates and small bowls. The atmosphere is perfect for families and even couples, further validating the restaurant's trusted legacy from time to time.
I would like to appreciate 吳佳林 Desy 🐣 for her service, she has always been serving passionately and swiftly taking orders from customers. Also I noticed 貝林 Bemos and 孫綺 Kyla, long time waitress whom I have personally known for, who were diligently working hard to satisfy customers cravings for 樓外樓's delicacies. I love how each and every staff at this restaurant serves their customers, I couldn't name them one by one, but they serve with love as if serving meals for their own family.
The meal portions are perfect. The taste is as legendary as being told. The price serves their finest meals.

老闆不用心經營 我覺得要不要店 收一收 轉賣給其它人經營好了
答應的訂位時間 等了40分鐘以上 還坐不下來 員工被搞死 客人體驗更是極差
等待的客人很多都是都是長輩
不論在怎麼樣的餐廳 如果有開放訂位
客人準時到 就要盡可能履行承諾
不然就不要開放訂位
最扯的是解釋理 訂了位置還沒辦法給位置的理由是說前面的客人不走
請問作餐飲業 翻桌率不是基本的概念嗎? 還是貴餐廳是跟路易莎一樣主打 不趕客人的模式嗎?
拿這種理由出來講 真的當下我傻眼 聽了更生氣 講那什麼理由 要不是有一堆長輩在等 實在是馬上想走人
這種爛店 真的不值得來 受氣一次就夠了 而且又不是發生了什麼不可控制的意外
單純就是三個字 ”不專業” 真的 服務業很辛苦 真的很累
但是請拿出令人敬重的專業職人態度 開了十幾年的店了 假日中午 人流翻桌等等掌控 還沒辦法掌握?
裡面安排流程訂位完全荒腔走板
整間店感覺沒有領導者 如果老闆 不管事 確定要這樣子任由員工 這樣子打壞你辛苦建立店面的名聲嗎?
真的非常糟糕
我是在地人 看著這家店 一直持續營業 想必也要獨特之處
