養素庭迴轉火車蔬食火鍋 — Restaurant in Taichung

I happened to find this place while trying to find a place near the mrt. I can’t believe I found a vegetarian/vegan hotpot via choo choo train. I knew you can always find a vegan version of everything! It made my out of town medical trip more bearable. Finding out it was just a block from my hotel made it even better. I got the spicy hot pot and was told the spice level can the adjusted so I started at low and I’m glad I did because it was spicy enough. There were so many different things on the train and every time it came back there is always something different. There is also a salad bar, drinks and even ice cream. The owner was so nice in assisting me in identifying items and what is vegan. There is a 90 minute time limit but I was stuffed in 45 minutes. I never got to the salad bar that looked so wonderful. I sat next to 2 nuns who were really nice who informed me the place gets packed on the weekends and I should make a reservation if I go back. I will definitely return the next time I’m...

Very special buffet style , eat till you are full , Vegetarian hotpot featuring specialty food (e.g Single-serving Stinky tofu, cheesecake, dumpling and many more) served on a moving toy train going around. Look out for the western soup that is in a small cup covered with crispy pie , highly recommend to try that! Everyone sat on the counter where your individual hotpot is in front of you. You get to choose your sauces, hotpot broth, vegetables and a diy salad making counter at one side . And get to enjoy free drinks and dessert (ice cream) . 昨天8／2 同住的朋友們有約吃飯。本來是約吃某家餐廳 （因沒事先預約，客人忽然爆量說現場候位有70人。） 後來就改吃這兒。

聽朋友說他們常來這吃，而我則是沒吃過‘’迴轉火車‘’火鍋特地來體驗的。

🔸️來到這用餐的感受如下：

他們的用餐座位設計蠻妙的。

中間是讓‘’服務人員‘’ 幫客人點湯底、收捨清潔客人桌面堆疊的器皿 與客人互動聊天。

外圍則是客人座位的部份 （一位大人位置的距離）桌面上設計有放小火鍋的位置及控制火鍋電源開關。 桌面下方則是有可以放置包包、手機的地方（類似沒有門的抽屜） 衛生紙也在這個位置。

火車的軌道就在客人座位的前方跟服務人員左右側。就像是個環島軌道將食物送往客人所在之地。 （跟爭鮮迴轉壽司類似但又不太一樣）

▪️1. 到了先點鍋底，有9種鍋底可挑選。 鍋底上的速度蠻快的。

🔺️火車上方有很多‘’生‘’的食材或‘’熟‘’食可以拿取，想吃什麼就拿什麼。 食物不時會換來換去。 這點蠻讚的，我就拿了一堆。

🔺️（我在現場發現火車上有 海苔手卷、湯包、素烏魚子、素蚵仔酥、蘿蔔糕、酥皮玉米濃湯、炸金針菇、溏心蛋、薯餅、小炸熱狗、波士頓派、起士蛋糕、奶酪、仙草凍、雪花糕、果醋飲……。目前上面是我記得的。整體吃下來感受還蠻不錯的。）

▪️2.靠近進店的右側則是有醬料區、野菜蔬菜區、生菜區、飲料機、可樂汽水區、冰淇淋區。

🔸️因為是素食的。 醬料區方面可選擇‘’醬料‘’沒有像一般〔葷食火鍋店〕哪麼多種，但竟然有‘’香椿醬‘’真的蠻讓我驚訝的。

🔸️野菜方面蠻屌的，有馬齒莧、龍葵、咸豐草（這個我有點不確定） 地瓜葉、大陸妹、高麗菜 在這陣子颱風菜價貴鬆鬆。 我可是卯起來吃了不少啊。

🔸️生菜區是這次的遺憾。 因我都沒去夾來吃，若下次有來在吃爆 ...
