范記金之園草袋飯 永春店 — Restaurant in Taichung

I've been coming to this restaurant two to three times a month for several years, often to the other location, and it is truly one of the most spectacular chicken rice set or pork chop rice set possibly in Taiwan. The meats are absolutely fantastic and consistently scrumptious, the veggies freshly cooked to order with extra garlic for me, the miso soup hot, and the rice fluffy and perfect, and all that for NT205, or around US7, for a Michelin guide-included...

The rice taste different, slightly burned grass flavor which is their icon, but I’d say don’t put too high expectations and overall is good. A little bit overpriced as they only have fries pork and rice with the set, need to order for others...

只能說唯一讓我覺得OK的是白飯。如果你是看到一堆好評有期待就會跟我一樣很失望，類似的餐點內容價位比台北市中心的還貴呢🙃草代飯只有飯、主菜跟一碗湯。其他項目都要單點，一盤青菜55...
