這間酒窖位於台中市台灣大道二段，靠近全國大飯店。店內前半展示區裝潢古典，後半品酒吧台區歐風典雅。與店員閒聊，才驚訝得知在地經營有二十年之久。 走進店內，熟諳酒款的專業店員親切問候，對於店內商品如數家珍，訓練有素，讓人有賓至如歸之感。由於已經從官方網站得知這家有我想收藏的酒莊酒款，因此開門見山詢問庫存，店員也能迅速地回應並滿足我要的酒款。這家庫存的酒款以法國產區葡萄酒為主，從北香檳區到南科西嘉島，從東阿爾薩斯到西羅亞爾河，涵蓋面廣泛，其中有關勃根地酒部分，如Domain Audiffred，Philippe Pacalet、Domaine Gros、Domaine Michel Gros、...等，鑑別度高，品項獨特，屬於我專門收藏的特定酒莊範圍內。 最後，我很認同這間店老闆追求自然尊重風土的選酒理念，在以商業導向為主的酒類市場中獨走自己的一條荊棘路。希望這間店能持續耕耘，為理想奮鬥。
